Whoa Nelley, 1973 and it's over for thee. Been out of pocket, as I went on a week long cruise with family around New England (Providence, RI, Boston, MA, Portland, ME) and then onto Canada (St. John, New Brunswick and Halifax, Nova Scotia), and just got back. I can't make out the dealer logo either....
We (mostly) got the VIN, we win: D for 2WD conventional cab, 1 for 1/2 ton rated, 3 for standard cab Stepside Utiline, A for 6,000 # and under GVWR, B for 225 CID Slant Six with one barrel, aka "Leaning Tower of Power", 3 for 1973 model year, possible S for Warren Truck, Warren, MI assembly and the rest is the production sequence. The Warren, MI facility opened in 1938 and still operates today. It was called "Dodge City" for a time. No tag, can't brag, but should be DT1263 White exterior paint. The Slant Six as everyone knows runs, runs, runs, runs, runs, runs and then runs some more. It is a nearly indestructible engine and with regular upkeep, it's a lifetime engine.
Whoa Nelley, Dodge should have been in the garage. That's it, time to quit. 225 won't soon be alive. Leaning Tower of Power in the last hour. Going to be flat and that's that. Painted white and soon to be out of sight. Too bad, so sad. Stepside and you can't save its hide. Going to get squished and yup many here, Benny and even slightly so for the Google Man are all going to be very, very, very, very pissed.

Dodge made a truck in those days with proper maintenance they gave you your money's worth and beyond. Thanks Benny for taking us along.

I don't think there is very many companies sheet metal for these trucks...I know LMC carries a little bit but I don't think they carry anything for the stepside beds.. I had a Late 72' d100 with a 318 in pretty good shape. I really liked that old truck. It needed floor pans. I found out that the cab floors are basically the same all the way up to 93' Ended up cutting a floor out of a 91 and welded it right in. Matter of fact most of the suspension was the same all the way up to 93

What a beautiful truck. Love it way more than the stuff rotting on the lots today.

Best Thing Get Off Old 73 Dodge D100 Truck Is That Stepside Bed & Camper If Front End Weren't Dented Up Probably Worth Getting Aswell

If prices weren't so much I'd have at least saved the rear fenders. If that tailgate wasn't altered id have taken that also

@@ClassicRideSociety could have just been a grille swap. my 73 had a 74-76 grille on it when I bought it. but I had a really nice 72-73 grille hanging on the wall in my man cave. on the truck it went.
