Wow, kinda cool that they don’t scrap ‘em fast. We had a decent foreign car yard here back in the 90’s when I had all Volvo 240s and they would get tons of them in. If you didn’t check every couple of weeks they’d crush them before you could even get a chance to go through and check ‘em out. They stacked everything up like that and beat the piss out of them too. One day all the 240s were gone, then it was like trying to get parts for a Model T.

What's the trick to getting a fair price on parts at Apache. I used to go there all the time, but for the last year or two, they have been trying to get rich off of me and I've had to leave without getting the parts I wanted. I've pretty much stopped going there. I did do a video there about a year ago and many of the cars that were in my video, I just saw in yours. Keep up the good work.

Yea the prices used to be pretty good with the guy that was there for back then. Once he left the prices started to go up. But then again some may say its like that all alot of yards now. They'll probably point to inflation making its way to the junkyards. I too havw left stuff behind be because of the current prices there. It's been probably a year since ive spent anything more than 20 bucks as they dont seem to care too much about small stuff like door handles and brackets etc. You can still try to talk them down a little. It just depends on their mood that day I guess. Oddly enough he looked at the door handle I had today and said just take it.
