Hell yeah, my favorite vocalist in Hololive. She isn't the cleanest, but it's exactly that punk rock edge that makes me love her. She poured a lot of heart and soul into Palette, and it's one of the best originals in the company.
Palette is a very emotional and personal story of Towa's journey. There's also a lot of little hidden Easter eggs for fans. By the way, FYI Towa's fandom are called "Kenzoku" which translates to "Family" (much in the same sense as the Fast and Furious movies use it).
Towa voice is just straight up built different, absolutely love this song. If you want to hear some more insane vocals then I recommend Alice & U by Risu. If you want something that has a unique and fun sound then Play Dice by Baelz has an interesting musical production.

Towa got into a small controversy early in her career that held her back compared to her gen-mates (the ones that debuted around the same time). She was also the last one in her generation to get a 3D debut, so it was a very emotional event. Towa's voice has always been the type that I don't know how to describe other than "the imperfections are what make it perfect" Hearing her sing you can hear times where her voice seems to crack or break or just otherwise get rough sounding but rather than detract from the song it just adds an extra layer of raw emotion to whatever she's singing. Definitely one of my top singers in hololive, her voice really does just hit different. Wanna hit you with a couple other recommendations that might be off the beaten path from the standards that are usually peoples first reccs Endroll / Melissa Kinrenka This one from Nijisanji, the other "big name" in Japanese vtubing apart from Hololive. All of Towa songs are a bangers, her song My Roar form her album SCREAM is one of my favourites. I would recommend her singing ERROR live. I know you already reacted to her Cover of ERROR but the LIVE version is so much better in my opinion.
When this song premiered I was curious at first. Then when it played and I saw the lyrics, I couldn't hold back my tears since it tells the story of how she struggled early in her career because of a small incident and how she climbed her way up thanks to all the support she receieved.

As for recomendations, i would like to recomend, once again, ookami mio's cover of sparkle, or her original song, howling. Both very different but awesome performances, and personally one of my favourites
PLEASE react to "Ghost" by Suisei, "My Song" by Watame, and "Violet" by Ina. Maybe even Minato Aqua's "Proud Idol" cover (original song by Honeyworks - amazing group btw, check out Tokyo Autumn Session for immense FEELS...). They are all on this level of quality, and emotional engagement.. Tho they are different vibes depending on what VTuber and what they are conveying... Along with Towa's "ERROR" that you've already covered, they are my Top 5 Hololive songs.
Speaking of Towa's genmate Watame, her "Melody for You" is quite wonderful: Gen 4 has always been a close-knit family, with Coco's resignation the remaining four were devastated. Kanata wrote the touching "Kiseki Knot" ("Knot of Miracles") to honour the team, while "Melody for You" was Watame's salute, then again with "My Song" from a more personal perspective a bit like "Palette", which could well be Towa's masterpiece so far.

Kanata is one of the best singers in hololive that you might have not been recommended yet. Her specialty is having one of the largest vocal ranges in hololive. She has some really great covers. For a rock-ish type of song her “Ghost Rule” cover is really good. If you just want amazing vocals her best solo cover is “Uma to Shika” and she has two amazing duets with Suisei, who you reacted to previously, called “Tsukiakari” and “Angelfish”. It really just depends on what you are looking for but all of these covers are amazing. Even if you don’t react to them for a video they are definitely worth checking out in your free time.
