- We’re venturing into a rather aggressive biome this week to meet the mobs that survive (and thrive) where others can’t. Follow the majestic strider, go behind the scenes with gold-loving piglins, and meet a lonely zoglin, as we strive to answer a very important question: how much lava is too much lava? Why do i feel like this series might be a build up to a desert/savanna or end update, and they’ll just make another nature documentary on either the desert/savanna or end but it’ll showcase all the new features
You mean it's a build up to the only 3 things left to update?
Not only end, desert and savanna need to be updated, also badlands, jungle and winter biomes

It would be interesting if Zombified Hoglins (Zoglins) lived in the Nether Wastes with the Zombified Piglins (Ziglins), along with Skeletal Piglins and Skeletal Hoglins (Skiglins and Skoglins) in the Soul Sand Valley.

TBH I feel like the Soul Sand Valley could get much better new mobs for it then just a skeletal version of two old ones who would probably have the exact same behavior and a slightly different design as existing ones.
They should for sure be called Ziglins. That is brilliant.
That piglin has about maybe a minute before it becomes zombified. Really makes you wonder why. Also, it's interesting that normal piglins do their best to steer clear of zombified ones even though for the most part the zombie piglins are pretty chill. The "most part", of course, ends if you attack one and others happen to be nearby.
That is the odd part. Ziglins are harmless if you don't swing first. As for how fast they change, I have a gold farm, and in the time it takes for them to come through the portal and drop 20 blocks, they are ziglins at the bottom. And yes, they squeal when they change.

Suggested addition to the nether: a hoglin leader who doesn't shy away from piglins or that cyan fungus And just like the gross piglin he would be more resistant

What if, the Nether was an inverted version of the overworld. High Mountains in the overworld would be deep craters in the Nether and vice versa. Bastions would be under villages and fortresses under (maybe) ruined portals or something.
Dude a documentary of an video game is so cool
I built my house in the nether (without actually starting in the nether) for the first time in all my years of gameplay earlier this year. It's a pretty nice place, actually. Almost nothing attacks except magma cubes in the nether wastes, and the only bad part is ghasts. but, after enough time and effort, i built an explosion-proof house and a bow, and now i can't think of anywhere better to live.

Do zoglins naturally spawn in the nether? I thought you only got them when hoglins went through a portal into the overworld.

Yep. I gave that a pass because it takes a little while to happen, so he could have transformed after the camera pulled away. Wouldn't have mattered to the zoglin, though!

For the next update one could do the structure update focusing on fixing all current structures that have issues when generating in world or upgrading examples including the nether fortress which tends to generate in walls the strongholds which tends to generate with chunks missing and incomplete paths making finding the portal difficult and an upgrade example being the mob spawner dungeons which are just small rooms it would be morr interesting to have an actual dungeon to loot also one could update the sandstone temples to have variety or be more intriguing

The zoglin speaks through its savage actions
1:41 This actually only happened after 1.20 arrived. Before, baby striders could be on top of their parents without shivering. I wonder if this will be changed back later.
Fun fact: I have some striders mounted on striders in my world that have already grown up, and are still on top of their parents. Unfortunately, it looks less cute now that they're cold.
