Coz then you where pressured about time and competing that's why you guys are stressed even with the small details thats why its not coming together the way want ot to be. Just saying though. The best thing i do every year when i make my gingerbread houses is make my own icing because the icing that they provide isnt the best ill send yall some recipies for homemade icing for gingerbread houses
Also as a professional cake decorator i can say that you are holding the piping bags wrong as well which is why the icing is not coming out of the bags like you want it to
Roni was using royal icing that’s why she has to add water. I think royal icing is the best for gingerbread making, dries so study 🤷🏻♀️
