I say, next Halloween, I would love to see you do Meryl Streep & Goldie Hawn dolls from “Death Becomes Her”. The stomach hole and the twisted neck would be a lot of fun.
Goodness! The way you make tissue look like vermicular rotting flesh! Your imagination cannot be matched! You are an amazing artist and the only one I shut off anything I’m watching to watch you amaze me!
Fabulously creepy! Personally, I liked the cracked, decrepit look of the pumpkin before you fixed it; it really looked like a fairy tale gone terribly wrong. It hurt my heart when you ´zombified´ your mom´s beautiful ball gown, but the effect was great, along with the horrible hair. Another masterful job, Maryna, and I thank you for another wonderful Hallowe´en season of dire dolls! ❤
@kykwiltz402 I wholeheartedly agree! I was like “noooo!” watching her burn that beautiful dress but I understand that it had to be done and personally the cracked pumpkin adds more to the spookiness and creepiness of the doll and its effects! Or perhaps a rotting pumpkin would have been cool too!
She looks spooky & lovely. Story: Cinderella wanted to go to the ball however the abuse with her step mother went too far, the step mother found out that Cinderella was the one who went to the ball she murdered to poor girl and buried her body in the pumpkin patch, however one of the guards found her body but when the guards informed the prince he then felt heart broken, he married no other girl in the kingdom & committed suicide. The stepmother was sentence to death by hanged for the murder of the two young lovers as for the sisters they were banished from the kingdom, on every Hallow's Eve Legend says that the Cinderella & her Prince's spirit never left, they became ghoulish horrifying creature's who stalk the night wanting justice & revenge that tore them apart. The step mother was found dead in her cell strangled by vines, no one know's who killed her that is for another mystery to solve. Maybe you can make a much better dress for your other Cinderella doll maybe combine the class & new one that would look gorgeous on her. Hope you love my scary story for your Zombie Cinderella, see you next time & have a happy Halloween.
I think the cracked pumpkin would have been more creepy. It was too pretty after. Lol And your Mom’s gown…Omg, it hurt me to see you burn that beautiful dress. As long as your Mom does not mind, then I’m ok with it. Haha. This was a great repaint. Love it. ❤
Of all the hundreds of dolls I’ve seen you make this one is my favorite. Cinderella is my very favorite princess and I’ve been obsessed with zombies since I was 8/9 years old. I wish I had enough money saved so I could buy her. I know whatever home she goes to is going to be absolutely ecstatic to have her. This is so beautiful and you did such an amazing job stepping out of your comfort zone and doing what you don’t normally do!!
This was truly a Halloween treat. This doll had an absolutely beautiful facial structure to work with: I think this is my favorite doll you’ve started with. I liked the disaster pumpkin, broken and cracked - exactly how I imagine it would be after the magic wore off. ❤
i would have loved to see a rotten pumpkin with the zombie. I'm glad you were able to save the pumpkin. I've done some sculpting and it can take forever!
Maryna~ You're exactly right about why the clay cracked - it was the shrinkage during drying/curing of the outer layer over the already dry inner layer. Cracks are the fear and the bane of potters everywhere!! But you saved it nicely! Your Zombie Cinderella is fantastic!! I cannot *believe* you destroyed the gown - but it does look perfect!! (Will Mama Poppen make one to replace it for the non-zombie doll?) I was kind of hoping Zombie Cinderella would have a pristine glass slipper to keep and to protect! As always, I love your work!!
First of all,my little heart broke a little at the customization of the dress, Mama Atelier couture is no joke. I loved this doll, you can tell how much though you put in it,stepping out of the box,the hair my favorite lol,I really loved it,almost to the level of your Laura Palmer doll, congrats for this awsome transformation, ❤
I just wanted to say thank you for all your videos. You inspired me more than you know! I love that you showed your earlier dolls. When you first started and you emphasize that it takes practice! You gave me the confidence to start practicing techniques to start customizing. And you taught me that it takes patience, not something I'm usually known for. I wrote to your mother and told her how much I love her work and how she did such a great job raising you. AND SHE WROTE ME BACK TO THANK ME! It made me so happy ! She is an absolute doll and her work is amazing as is yours.❤
I have been watching for a very long time and every time you just continue to amaze me with amount of detail and amount of realistic detail in your work. It is hard to believe these are dolls, with small proportions and you manage to use that small canvass to make the dolls look alive.
Awww. Remember Bob Ross says there are no mistakes, only happy accidents? I think the pumpkin looked awesome and spooky with the cracks! She's gonna be a zombie it would've been perfect!
About the cute Vs scary doll... Scary dolls are ALWAYS more fun to watch! Yes, cute and pretty dolls are beautiful, but the original doll already was cute. Turning dolls on monsters, mythical creatures and ghosts allow for more creative decisions and results, and demand more extreme modifying. So to me at least, they are very fun to watch and my favorites.
So lore; (tw, speaking of violence and gore) Lady Tremaine, Drizella and Anastasia when ripping Cinderella's dress, actually killed her. They gouged her eyes out, mauled her by scratching and tearing into her skin rather than the dress. Wounded, barely alive, she makes it to the willow tree of her mother and the fairy godmother arrives. But she cannot heal Cinderella and she dies next to the willow tree, covered in cinders. The fairy godmother can only make her _appear_ alive. So Cinderella gets turned into a zombie. someone who can no-longer suffer in the hands of her step-family, as she can no-longer feel or think. Her only desire and need is going to that ball. It's her driving force, her obsession.
She's awesome! The only thing I'd have added are plastic pieces glued to her feet to look like glass shards embedded in her feet; a result of the glass slippers shattering.
Poor Cinderella, all she wanted was to go to a party in a pretty dress.... now she's zombiefied! My heart broke when Maryna destroyed the original dress though...
She's perfect!! I found with air dry clay thin layers work best, the thicker the layer the more likely to crack. Loved your Halloween dolls again this year ❤ you're so talented
The pumpkin is awesome!! It could have just been a "Zombie" pumpkin all broken and cracked, it would have matched Zombie Cinderella nicely. LOVE HER!!!
WOW! OMG! Maryna!! Your mom’s gorgeous dress! Her beautiful work!! I’m sure the doll would still have sold!! That’s such a shame! Well, you truly went next level with this one, my dear, I have to give it you and applaud more excellent work. Poor, Poor little Cindy, though!! LOL!
So obsessed in the art. So mesmerized by the details that transform dolls. I would love to attend class taught by you if ever you will have one. Zombie Cinder was one of the evil dolls I've seen! Bravo! 👏👏👏
Wonderful, as always! I especially love that you figured out how to fix the pumpkin by your deadline even after it gave you trouble! What an inspiration!
I love all your doll makeovers, but I can admit to enjoying spooky season dolls the most. This year did not disappoint. Tiffany and Zombie Cinderella were my favorites. Thank you for sharing yours and your mom's talents with us
Cool doll transformation!!! Your clay is extremely too thick, that’s why all the cracks. Pasta dough rolling machine can help so much to roll out your dough thinner. 😊
I’m absolutely shocked every time I watch your videos you are a true inspiration and a natural talent don’t ever change your a real pleasure to watch me and my daughter often sit and binge watch your videos ❤❤❤
Poppen, I wanted to cry when you took that lighter to the dress but man, it turned out incredible for this look. Cinderella is scarily beautiful but I kind of wished that you had added a few dark marks to the pumpkin too. Seems to bright with the overall theme. Still I think it turned out amazing! Good job!
I have been watching your videos for YEARS, and if there's one thing I learned from this video, it's that you are a perfectionist. Thanks to you, I have learned how to recreate dolls and I LOVE it! You could have just glued the pumpkin back together haphazardly and it could have been a zombie pumpkin to match Zombie Cindy! But, like you, I probably would have reworked it as well, lol! It's easier to sit back and watch to get ideas as I watch you work, right? I love your videos and I thank you for the wealth of knowledge that you share. Love you!
The doll looks amazing! I love the effects to make her look like a zombie. Kinda sad the pretty dress had to be ruined but it was perfect for her. The pumpkin being cracked looked perfect for a zombie Cinderella but I get that it needed to be fixed cause it would have broken entirely if not. I love how even if it were covered, you can still see where some of the cracks used to be cause it made it look real (I mean real pumpkins don't look perfectly smooth after all). This is great and i'm excited for what creepy dolls would be for next year.
I know why it cracked, had the same situation with other air-drying clay. When you're using that much water, you're chaning consistency of clay [proportion glue to plaster mass], when the water evaporates, some of the glue evaporates with it, causing the material to shrink and crack. The best is to use fresh clay without adding too much water. I hope this helps in the future. 😉Happy Halloween! 🕸🍂
I love how you can tell throughout the video how excited she was about this project. ❤ I adore this doll!!!! You are one of the best doll customizers EVER! Your work (especially this one) is beyond incredible. You have such talent and great craftsmanship. You never fail to amaze me with your dolls (Also, Hopefully your mom wasn’t too upset about you burning that dress haha)
Super epic doll to finish Halloween with! Definitely would love to see more twisted Disney characters! I'd love a very haughty aristocratic vampire Snow White with a super deluxe Marie Anntionette style outfit but still recognisable as Snow White and huge renaissance hair
loving the zombie cinderella, just a heads up, cracking can be caused by drying it too quickly, adding too much water and the other is not enough room for shrinking, i love the way you did her ruined face, i have just completed a doll zombie and used air dry clay on her face, so it looks like she was clawed, but i think for my next zombie i shall have a go at tissue, so thank you
Just a suggestion. Ever consider a rococo era doll? You do so many fancy, gorgeous beauties. I am thrilled to just see what comes from your mind. I'm just a little crazy for ribbons and bows and ruffles. If you've already done one I'll find it. Thank you for all your astounding art.
You did such a great job on this design and all the details! You are so talented with both the spooky and glamorous dolls! I feel like these types of repaints really push your skills too!
Awesome Poppen she look great my favorite part is the dress it remind me exactly of the pink dress that her stepsisters tore to shreds before it got transform. Cannot wait to see your next doll creation soon.
OMG, years ago my daughter read a book series with zombie Disney Princesses and she loved it sooo much! She's 19 now but I can't wait to show her your take on zombie Cinderella :)
I love your videos. Ive followed you for years, and every time, you make me smile. Thank you so much for the work that you do, and for sharing it with us. May i suggest doing a greek gods series? Id love to see you inerperate the gods into dolls. Xxx
Cinderellas pumpkin works so well with Halloween! Also, I really like your cute dolls but I love when you branch out of your comfort zone and make something different than usual. The end result is always amazing. ❤
I know a smashed up pumpkin wasn't in your design plan, but I really liked the idea. I think it would've been a "happy accident." A smashed up pumpkin would've gone well with the disheveled zombie Cinderella. IMHO.
I never cease to be amazed by your talent!! I am always so fascinated by the way you blush and detail the skin! You’re brilliant! I have to say it broke my heart to see the Cinderella dress ruined though! 😂😂
The pumpkin having some cracks in it after being transformed back after being an elaborate carriage I think is appropriate and goes well with Cinderella turning into a zombie.
I love it. But I also would have loved to see how this could have been done by using the outfit that Cinderella was wearing before the fairy godmother changed it. Because after midnight everything went back to how it was, and the zombie thing with a torn up and sad version of her pink dress woulda added another level.
Wow! Very Good! You are so creative! Using tissue to make her arm and 1/2 of her face look like decayed skin!? Cool! The hair ....LoL.....looked a Fright! 😂👍 The dress looked like it had been though decades of wear and tear. All in all......she turned out Beautiful! Creepy Beautiful....😁👍
Air clay is my nemesis!!! Sad to see it also giving you trouble. It was both painful and fascinating to watch you zombie-fy the dress! But it turned out so well! Such a hauntingly beautiful result!
I say, next Halloween, I would love to see you do Meryl Streep & Goldie Hawn dolls from “Death Becomes Her”. The stomach hole and the twisted neck would be a lot of fun.
That’s such a good idea!
Great idea! That would be so great.
Oh I like I like that idea!
I agree♥️♥️♥️
I second that!
Goodness! The way you make tissue look like vermicular rotting flesh! Your imagination cannot be matched! You are an amazing artist and the only one I shut off anything I’m watching to watch you amaze me!
Thank you so much Cynthia!❤️❤️❤️

My thoughts exactly.
Who else found out about Poppen just randomly and got addicted to watching her videos? I LOVE her voice sm! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I love to play her vids and fall asleep!
Meeeee 😊
I was looking for a doll hair rerooting tutorial video a few years ago and now Poppen is my weekly favorite.
I 💜 how she's not afraid to experiment, even when its considered "creepy" or unorthodox. Plus her realistic celebrity face ups are 😘
same her voice is gorg just like her art. now addicted to her channel and have been for a few months
She looks spooky & lovely.

Cinderella wanted to go to the ball however the abuse with her step mother went too far, the step mother found out that Cinderella was the one who went to the ball she murdered to poor girl and buried her body in the pumpkin patch, however one of the guards found her body but when the guards informed the prince he then felt heart broken, he married no other girl in the kingdom

Maybe you can make a much better dress for your other Cinderella doll maybe combine the class & new one that would look gorgeous on her. Hope you love my scary story for your Zombie Cinderella, see you next time & have a happy Halloween.
I was actually thinking the pumpkin looked really cool all broken and cracked and it matched the doll perfectly!
She’s giving me such like “Zombie Prom Queen” vibes, love it!
Growing up, I had a family friend who took some of my old Barbie’s, melted them, and made a “Blobby Barbie”, which reminds me a lot of this zombie.
Blobby Barbie😂😂😂
I am constantly impressed by your resilience and problem solving skills. Every time you encounter a setback, you just barrel through with a new fix.
I think the cracked pumpkin would have been more creepy. It was too pretty after. Lol And your Mom’s gown…Omg, it hurt me to see you burn that beautiful dress. As long as your Mom does not mind, then I’m ok with it. Haha. This was a great repaint. Love it. ❤

As a seamstress my heart breaks for the dress but it is absolutely stunning what you created with it ❤❤
Belle a werewolf? For your twisted Disney dolls. Snow White a Vampire, Sleeping Beauty a Demon. Just ideas. I love this!
Maryna~ You're exactly right about why the clay cracked - it was the shrinkage during drying/curing of the outer layer over the already dry inner layer. Cracks are the fear and the bane of potters everywhere!! But you saved it nicely!

This doll is amazing!!! The face is GORGEOUS! The burns look awesome. The eye is really haunting. Perfect!

well in this case undead :D
I love your normal style of beautiful dolls, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE your take on gross glamor ❤💀❤💀
I think the pumpkin scared you more than Cinderella 😂 beautiful work as always. This is my favorite version you've done of Cinderella so far! 😊👏🏾
I absolutely love it!! The pumpkin in my opinion looks way better with all the texture! You are such an amazing artist 🎨 ❤
Me, who cried over dear Poppen's mom's dress. So pretty.
I think it's great that you made a burnt zombie for Cinderella. So fitting!
I absolutely love her. I thought you were gonna leave the pumpkin cracked and make it distraught but I love how pretty it is.
Awww. Remember Bob Ross says there are no mistakes, only happy accidents? I think the pumpkin looked awesome and spooky with the cracks! She's gonna be a zombie it would've been perfect!

The effect of the tissue paper is phenomenal! 🎉
I absolutely LOVE the distressing of the dress!! It’s so interesting to look at
After this doll, which is phenomenal, i would love to see the Phantom of the Opera.😮😮❤
So lore; (tw, speaking of violence and gore)

This was epic! It reminds me of a fan art I saw of twisted tales. This doll and pumpkin combo is perfect for Halloween~ I totally love her
She's awesome! The only thing I'd have added are plastic pieces glued to her feet to look like glass shards embedded in her feet; a result of the glass slippers shattering.
Excellent! Gorgeous. I don't like zombies but this beauty is an exception. Thank you!
Poor Cinderella, all she wanted was to go to a party in a pretty dress.... now she's zombiefied!
My heart broke when Maryna destroyed the original dress though...
I have to say i was sad to see that beautiful dress transformed, but the sacrifice was for art! Gorgeous scary design. ❤
She is the scariest doll that you have ever made, she is the stuff of nightmares, well done!
I can see your narrative becoming a film. What a fantastic imagination. Another doll triumph!
She is marvellous.
She's perfect!! I found with air dry clay thin layers work best, the thicker the layer the more likely to crack. Loved your Halloween dolls again this year ❤ you're so talented
It's giving Pride, Prejudice, and Zombies vibes! I love it!
@Poppenaltier you have to use thin layers, you needed a mini rolling pen to flatten the clay. The pumpkin turned out great anyway🤷♀️😂
LOL!

A good tip for if you are going to make more things like the pumpkin is a pasta maker/roller to roll it out thinly
What a fascinating idea! Can’t wait to see how she turns out.
I love all your doll makeovers, but I can admit to enjoying spooky season dolls the most. This year did not disappoint. Tiffany and Zombie Cinderella were my favorites. Thank you for sharing yours and your mom's talents with us
I think the cracks and broken pumpkin looks perfect for a Zombie Cinderella
I love your back story for your zombie cinderella.
You are a true master. Wow your imagination is amazing.thank you for this zombie doll
I love her. You did an amazing job on her and her pumpkin.
Cool doll transformation!!! Your clay is extremely too thick, that’s why all the cracks. Pasta dough rolling machine can help so much to roll out your dough thinner. 😊
I love your videos, i love you and your mom's art😊. Every doll you make i wish i could buy, maybe soon too. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I’m absolutely shocked every time I watch your videos you are a true inspiration and a natural talent don’t ever change your a real pleasure to watch me and my daughter often sit and binge watch your videos ❤❤❤
Your mastery of colour theory is on full display in this one 🤩
I'm really wanting Jamie Fraiser from Outlander!
Good job!
*I really love your Halloween series!* Sad this is the last one, wish you could do them all year around..😜
OH MY GOSH, she is spectacular in her hideousness!😅💙🩵💙 Fantastic job.⭐️⭐️⭐️
She really turned out zombie fabulous 👏🧟♀️👍💞
I have been watching your videos for YEARS, and if there's one thing I learned from this video, it's that you are a perfectionist. Thanks to you, I have learned how to recreate dolls and I LOVE it!

This is great and i'm excited for what creepy dolls would be for next year.
I think next year you need to make her a zombie prince charming! That'd be so creepy-cute omg. Also, she came out absolutely awesome! ❤
I know why it cracked, had the same situation with other air-drying clay. When you're using that much water, you're chaning consistency of clay [proportion glue to plaster mass], when the water evaporates, some of the glue evaporates with it, causing the material to shrink and crack. I love her. Not gonna lie, i was holding my breath when you were burning her dress.
I love how you can tell throughout the video how excited she was about this project. ❤
I adore this doll!!!! You are one of the best doll customizers EVER! Your work (especially this one) is beyond incredible. You have such talent and great craftsmanship. You never fail to amaze me with your dolls
(Also, Hopefully your mom wasn’t too upset about you burning that dress haha)
Super epic doll to finish Halloween with! Definitely would love to see more twisted Disney characters! I'd love a very haughty aristocratic vampire Snow White with a super deluxe Marie Anntionette style outfit but still recognisable as Snow White and huge renaissance hair
That texture on one side of the face makes me think you should one day make a doll of Donna Beneviento from resident evil village 😮
Oh! She's fantastic! Perfect and perfectly made. Love her!!! And love you too!
She is very beautifull ! Like this doll she is an halloween doll for ever
Absolutely beautiful and spooky
So quirky and creative and fun!!
loving the zombie cinderella, just a heads up, cracking can be caused by drying it too quickly, adding too much water and the other is not enough room for shrinking, i love the way you did her ruined face, i have just completed a doll zombie and used air dry clay on her face, so it looks like she was clawed, but i think for my next zombie i shall have a go at tissue, so thank you
Just a suggestion.
I feel like these types of repaints really push your skills too!
wow that pumpkin looks good enough to eat!!
I can advise you to use DAS clay for large products. It does not crack at all when drying. For small parts, LaDoll is best suited.
Amazing, as always!!! The pumpkin looks fantastic
I love your videos. Ive followed you for years, and every time, you make me smile.
Thank you so much for the work that you do, and for sharing it with us.
May i suggest doing a greek gods series?
Id love to see you inerperate the gods into dolls. Xxx
thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️ there will come more goddesses in the future!
Cinderellas pumpkin works so well with Halloween! Also, I really like your cute dolls but I love when you branch out of your comfort zone and make something different than usual. The end result is always amazing. ❤
I don't know if your a StarTrek fan but some of those ladies would be great to see
I know a smashed up pumpkin wasn't in your design plan, but I really liked the idea. I think it would've been a "happy accident." A smashed up pumpkin would've gone well with the disheveled zombie Cinderella. IMHO.
Frighteningly fabulous! 👍🏻
Such a fun result!
I never cease to be amazed by your talent!! I am always so fascinated by the way you blush and detail the skin! You’re brilliant! I have to say it broke my heart to see the Cinderella dress ruined though! 😂😂
Absolutely AHHHHHMAZING!!!!! Omg!!!!! I live for her
I like both cute and scary dolls 👻 great video!
Absolutely gorgeous, next year i would love to see Bellatrix Lestrange from Harry Potter
Can't wait to see your next work of art
I love the doll she looks so gorgeous and beautiful too and very well done 👍
The pumpkin having some cracks in it after being transformed back after being an elaborate carriage I think is appropriate and goes well with Cinderella turning into a zombie.
Zombirella looks spooktacular 👏
The dress looked like it had been though decades of wear and tear. All in all......she turned out Beautiful! Creepy Beautiful....😁👍
I felt like the cracked pumpkin went with the zombie Cinderella theme. The universe was tryna help you out. Lol
Air clay is my nemesis!!! Sad to see it also giving you trouble. It was both painful and fascinating to watch you zombie-fy the dress! But it turned out so well! Such a hauntingly beautiful result!
