Why you considering the voltage in last. It's possible
Yes, It is possible. By ohm's law V=IR, We calculate current (I) in the video and in the circuit we have resistors. By ohm's law we determine that voltage at that particular resistors. If current=2A , resistor=4ohms then Voltage V=IR so 2×4=8V.
