A lot of film makers now focus on the entertainment value of movies and hardly anything to learn, I love also the fact that I could watch with my family and not have to keep strolling or fast forwarding because of adult contents. I'm a silent watcher I don't ever comment on movies on here. But this wasn't a movie this is what you call an indescribable masterpiece that needs to be shown on every platform worldwide. The ending where she was holding her daughter's hat that the husband brought for her I cannot even describe the emotions I felt throughout the whole movie but that scene .. Who else agrees some of the pain and far away look in Ego's eyes was exactly like a real life prisoner in the scene she was being interviewed but they didn't seem unrepentant to me.
They looked more hurt. Ego has the loveliest, most enormous eyes that say so much. A true actor can speak more with their eyes than words can ever say. Whether they are sad, pretty or have a cold, blank stare her eyes can get a lot done. Ego's reverence, modest, straight forward interpretation of a prisoners reflection of what went wrong was masterful. Respect🤎
An excellent acteress awesome movie. This my second of days different from fairy histories with adult content . The other one is Bequest ! Deep storyline with lesson learned showing how bitterness can destroy people life and even a family . Congrat for this movie Mrs Ego

It’s no lie that comparison is truly a joy killer and siblings rivalry is real and constant in a lot of families. Even though we tend to blame the evil of the less loved child, it is usually a result of their emotions, research has shown that such kids becomes angry and do less to impress their loved ones. I love that this movie reflects on such deep family issues and touched on three important aspect of a screenplay (educative, entertaining and enlightening). I also love that it is a whole family movie (everyone can watch and learn). It’s a must watch for every family member. So many things to highlight but don’t let me do the spoilers. Everyone ate their roles 🙌🏽Go on and watch 💯💯

Honestly I’d usually not comment on movies. But this right here is beyond great. Picture quality is to die for, The ambient music so good, Lighting is unmatched.
I so love the blurry film grade and how well it blows out bright light.
The Earth-based grading is super amazing.
I very much love the close-up and extreme close-ups.
Storyline and Scripting is sooo cool.
Jide is soooo good at what he does. Makeup artist killed it with the makeup on Isoken, and Chinonso.
Camera transitions were super smooth also.
No way I wouldn’t remark how well the characters embodied their roles.
You outdid yourself Ego.
I fell very much trapped when I ran across the Photographer Film with Maurice and Ejoor, and since then I been keeping tabs with The Girl in Table 5, and then this. Had to subscribe to Uchenna Mbunabo because you uploaded there atimes.

I just finished watching this , and I'm happy I did, I just pray some Parents will watch this and do more, it's just like the story of Joseph in the Bible and his brothers hating him for being the fathers favourite, and thank you madam Nwosu we need to see more movies like this not all this love love and love movies up and down😂😂😂. Even in and after lose a mothers instinct is more powerful than anything. Our gut and sick sense when it comes to our babies are second to none and will move mountains and uncover anything hidden. I can respect the title of this film bc being Unrepentant is more than garnered here. Writers, director, Executive producers take a bow. This was an instant classic IMO. I give Unrepentant 5 St⭐r's and an A+🍎 In the event that someone actually has postpartum depression it should be taken serious. Ego's husband was so understanding, loving and protective of her. It's more severe in some women than others. I was just a little sad and melancholy after I had my baby Duey years ago. Thank God I quickly snapped out of my sadness and was able to love and enjoy my baby as a mom should. My prayers for all new moms going through this and they would have a husband as good as Ivie's husband KC.

This movie is really deep .
The suspense was top notch 👍👍👍
The storyline that talked about people, families, marriages and challenges that people face in them coupled with the TC scene and PPD scene was very insightful.
Lessons learnt from this movie.
1) Never show one child that you love him or her more than his or her siblings or even compare behaviour ( FAVORITISM) every Child is unique in their own ways.
2) Be careful the people you open the door of your home to(Family included)
3) It is good to have a partner that loves and supports you every step of the way . I mean some men will not even marry you again after what happened to the Baby.
4) Never act when you are angry, in as much as what the sister did was wrong, out of anger she ended up killing her which was the reason she's behind bars.
She was the victim in all of this but out of anger she became the bad person
It's the same reason she has become a murderer.

This movie ought to be on Netflix, it has so many teaching and lessons, from childhood to adulthood, most children keep blaming parents not knowing they will one day be adults, even when she was wrong she still blamed her family for being wrong.
Beautiful movie. Far above UA-cam standard.
But to be honest from a lawyer's perspective I think the defence of provocation can prevent her from being convicted in court.

Nice job @Ego, siblings rivalry are sometimes a very dangerous situation if not tackled early and with love. A few concern about the script, how did Omoefe’s recording in the bath room move to Ivs room before and after the baby’s death and also successfully ended up with Ivies friend who had the time to listen and transfer the recording…also If Ivy could justify her innocence why is she playing Tough in jail, her jail character does not reflect her normal lifestyle. And knowing how much they loved themselves as teenagers Ivy could have given more reassurance to Omoefe knowing the parents position on their performances that could have meant some closure to the sister… more to say but in all I enjoyed the movie, I hope there is a continuation…it didn’t end for me
