  • We’re showing you a behind the scenes golf workout with Ryan Palmer. Injury prevention and longevity are big priorities for Ryan, so we’re showing you some of the exercises he does to stay healthy and perform on a high level.

    I like this but after having both knees replaced I can’t do a lot of these on my knees :(

    would this replace yoga for flexibility?

    So much pushing.. Would like to see more pulling exercises..... The rotation works the back but actual pulling
