It looks like quite a bit of fun, but what are people afraid of? Do they not dance with partners in The Villages? Or are they all just stuck up? Or scared? The band was good, but it seems like the people are distant from each other for some reason.
Hi Frank and Susan, Great band. Lake Sumter Landing was hopping that night. I will be visiting The Villages in July. Hoping I can catch The Hooligans then. I also like Johnny Wild and The Delights. Of course Rocky and The Rollers is a crowd pleaser.
Yes, Lake Sumter that night was great! The Hooligans always bring a big crowd and so do the other bands that you mentioned. Those are everyone's favorites!

Take a look at the lyrics. It was so spiritual and meaningful to my life. She put Jesus in the words. Thank you, High Tide!! It touched me deeply and somehow she knew I needed to hear it in that personal and spiritual way. Thank you High Tide for seeing me 🙏🏾. I truly needed that at this time in my life. Nice that you live relatively close to TV to be able to drive down when you can get away to enjoy you new home and the community. We on the other hand are working pretty hard getting our house ready to sell which we will list right after I retire next February then purchase a home in TV. So watching videos like yours keeps our excitement momentum going. Thanks for sharing. 😁

Yes they do. Every night from 5-9pm. There is a different band playing in each of the 3 squares 365 days a year. You have to check out the schedules to see who's playing and what type of music they play.
When they play as the Hooligans they play a lot of British Rock and they are dressed as themselves. When they play as the Spazmatics they are dressed as the nerds from the 1980s and play a lot of 80s and 90's fun pop music. Super fun!

Villages is a good place to live if you don’t mind old cranky, privileged people and One of the worst Hospitals in the country. You don’t want to do a business in Lady Lake which is part of the villages they are definitely anti-business , anti-religion and bullies!
Well, I'm so sorry you feel this way.. We love The Villages ourselves, yes... we run into a little of that too but a lot more friendly people though. Live outside of the Villages and you will get that as well. A person needs to think positive over negative. Thank you for watching!

The Spazmatics. which is the alter ego band of The Hooligans, will be at Lake Sumter Landing on Thursday, May 20 from 5 to 9 pm.
