Thai driving through the feet is something my coach explained to me this week. I've been doing this for a few years and yes didn't really understand the drive properly. Now I have to figure out how to get my brain and body to do it! Started focusing on my deadlift first and similar. . Awesome tips

Example, how to do kipping chest to bar, pull-ups, toes to bar, etc. Take the instructions from beginner to advance. BTW at the end of this video you didn't tell us we were legends.
Congrats for that PB. I still remember your 200kg PB. It's been a long time, but you did a great job recovering your back from that injury. I am sure new PB's will come in the squat. Set your medium term goal to 500lb squat! You can do it...then sub5 minute mile...then 500lb squat+ subfive minute mile in the same day! The sky is the limit!
I would. I don’t personally do snatches at the moment, but I apply that same technique to basically every multi joint lift. It helps keep stability through your upper body along with your core.
Interesting. It's the same for rowing: engage at the front end and drive off the footplate. Backswing comes in at the end of the leg drive, not the start.
I find it a bit concerning that no one has taught you the setup when you started doing cleans. It's basic, clean 101. But really good that you've figured it out and tell everyone else!
