You know, what I truly appreciate about this what if compared to others is the attention to detail, care, and pacing you've incorporated. Not many what if stories that I've watched have truly delved into early Dragon Ball as deeply as you have, and it's genuinely refreshing. Most just briefly touch on early Dragon Ball before jumping straight into Z and beyond, but here it really feels like we're taking our time and truly EXPERIENCING the early stages. The whole of season 1 has been phenomenal so far and I can't wait to see how the story moves on from here!! Keep up the amazing work.

I'm so glad that the final battle felt more team oriented, as well as unique. Plus you've got me imagining Goku going UI against Freeza instead of Ssj... Actually, A timeline where they don't have Ssj and focus on techniques over raw power is a way more interesting concept.
I also vote for Ultra Ego Yamcha, cause it's be awesome.

When you were teasing something about Goku tapping into something dark my first thought was him getting the Ikari Form. I was half right at least. 😆 But wow didn't expect Great Ape Goku to eat King Piccolo I guess Yajirobe is a bad influences on Goku. 😅 Maybe Yamcha and Tien train under Korin something during the three years time-skip since they did climb up the tower. 🤔 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.
I like to keep people guessing :P Piccolo’s death is a little graphic but I assure you that it needed to go that way for a reason that’ll become clear soon in the future.
The Earthlings will definitely be spending their time training over the next few years, so maybe they do train with Korin? 👀

I like that Goku had an instance where he falters in his way of training, so that he can further focus on it, and this sets up the final hurdle he’ll need to surpass in order to achieve this enlightenment so to speak

Note: Good editing and even good narrating and yep You are more in depth than others while others just power scale about what is going on and that means You have good voice acting?

This is by all means the best (if not the only good) early power-up Dragon Ball what if, no broken 0 difficulty wins, a coerent thought process, a great spin on the story, literally there is no better way of making it happen, can't wait for Season 2

All the senzu beans were NOT eaten by the handful due to Yajirobe, which means there should be enough of them for future arcs, UNLESS something unfortunate happens to them.
That’s definitely something interesting I hadn’t noticed myself lol. Maybe that’ll come into play in the future?

I wonder if Ōzaru Goku eating King Piccolo might have consequences. Kami should be dead since King Piccolo died minutes after birthing Piccolo Jr meaning he didn’t reincarnate. I hope Goku regrows his tail and keeps it.

Would UI Goku with a power level of 1000 beat cell though? He would undoubtedly be faster but does UI give power behind his punches? I have no idea about it being a power multiplying transformation.
In both the anime and the manga, MUI undoubtedly gives a massive power boost as it allowed Goku to go from being unable to touch or harm Jiren to dealing untold damage to him
