@@highvibrational2007 Immediately $2.75, $7.50 over the life. This is unheard of since I've been there 17 years. I'd say that's pretty damned reasonable. And apparently Sean Obrien thinks so too.

I'm not super pro union but grew up in a "UAW" home...at this point .. the unions need to get back to the roots of representing the members , no games and BS they have Ben doing over 20yrs and THEN show the companies what a union is capable of with pushing back.

I don't think $21 per hour minimum for driving a commercial truck is quite enough in times like this. With no O/T that is $43K per year gross. It's much better than what they have now, but could be a little higher, don't 'cha think? Let's consider that most commercial delivery drivers aren't tipped employees.
Thats part time. Full time drivers start at 70% of top rate. It takes 4 years to reach top rate.
Nope! I dont want to pay $10 per delivery. Screw off communists.
$21 is for part time workers, they don’t drive. Drivers are going to top out at $49
Part time workers do a harder job than full timers. Why should they get paid less PER HOUR?
Thank You Lord! My thoughts and prayers are still going out to Yellow workers! 😇
Absolutely brilliant! March on Union Movement! Glory to God!
Make UPS Why does it always have to go to management pay the worker's a fair and decent wage. This company makes more than enough instead of giving million dollar bonuses to management pay the people who actually do the work.
They already made a deal on the first day back in negotiations? Sounds like UPS caved. In which case, kudos to the Teamsters.

Thank you Teamsters and Bless all the working people. (And thank you Joe for staying the hell out of it)......what is important now is for this Corporation to stop just passing that cost onto the consumers just because they can. Start pinching the bloated boards of directors and shareholders a little who have been making profits hand over fist since 2020. Also would like for unions to stop supporting Democrat or Republican candidates and start working on creating a Labor Party in this country ------ maybe run their own candidates and not the same old Ds and Rs that are beholden to the Corporations that own them.
Good there will be A Christmas 🎄 this year.
Ho Ho Ho ‼️
Folks should take note.
I guess it goes by qualifications. As a feeder driver it would.be great for all to get paid more. Class A cdl holders have more training, and certifications to maintain.
Another thing is the equipment that we have to take care of, just like ups pilots that operate million dollars planes. I do not get the same pay a pilot gets even if we work about the same hours.
