The woman in this video has a big heart - she was removed from her house by the old man while she was pregnant - instead of being cruel to this old man, she forgives and offers a room for the old man to stay. Just amazing!

Second moral of the story is NEVER relinquish your ownership on your own property till you are alive.....to anybody.
We do not need this video to teach us that. There are plenty of stories that have come before this.
We have to be careful of children-in-law, who pressurise our children into convincing us to transfer the ownership of the house.
Trust me, if I get a wife that would even be so stupid as to suggest this, she gets a one way ticket back to her parents’ home and would divorce her right in front of them as payback for brainwashing me to backstab my mother.
No domestic violence or any family drama. It will all be done in compliance with the laws of our land.

This is one of the biggest challenges of having a house on rent
The owners of the house have hundreds of rules which they start talking about, and if we argue, they simply respond « Buy your own house, if you have so much of a problem ».
The simple solution would be to have a rent agreement (enforceable in à Court of law) at the very beginning itself.
How can a boy kick his father from his own house this is ridiculous and I am having a good life cause my father works a lot and my dream is to make him proud and tell that his hard earned money wasn't wasted

The owner has transferred his house duly got registered with his ownership rights in the name of his son. After acquiring the house property the disloyal son kicked him off from his house, as he did it to a pregnant lady, when the couple were a tenant with the old man a few years back.
Well. As the saying goes. The son is just being a replica of how his father is.
He, too, had kicked the tenants out the minute he found new ones to take their place, and that too after knowing that one of those occupants is a pregnant lady.
But parents can reclaim property brother. Why the father did not reclaim his property.
What goes around comes around, you reap what you sow.

Wow 👏 nice story. Our first landlord was also a bit arrogant, once he also said 'ghar khali karo' and we did that within a month. Later he regretted it and said 'maine toh aise hi bol diya tha' .why don't you come back. We used to keep his house clean and we were always alert that nobody tried to break anything in the portion that was closed.

This reminds me of my days in Bangalore in 2009. The landlord lady was greedy for money, she wanted to increase rent after 3 months of taking the 1 bhk house. I had to tell her that she cant raise it till one year, than she came with alternate schemes for paying to common maid, water, borewell, common electricity, it was an independent bungalow with 1 bhk flats in it of 4 floors. I was in good position, hence I let it go but others who may not earn well had issues. One good thing happened because of that horrible experience is that, I bought my own flat. There are horrible owners also tenants, there are both side of story. My parents have seen worst tenants who messed our house also didnt pay rent. They broke the commode as they used to climb and seat on that, it couldnt hold the wait for long time. The other point of this old parent being sent away from house, its a foolish thing to give any money or property to son or daughter till they are alive. Nor mother nor father, none should give any property to them. One important lesson for today`s parents, make money and store for your rainy days and old days, dont expect son or daughter to take care of you as they have not asked you to get them on this world. It was your pleasure to get them on earth and not an investment plan for your retirement age. Live happily with wife or husband, exercise, eat well, live every moment, go out on trips, try to stay healthy to avoid dependency on kids. Doing small work to make some money is always better.

There are many people just like that lady who has a good heart and that old uncle who was mean to them.
I have a story for you guy's,
It's about a family like no other. They had two daughters and one son. The parents only took care and natured the 2nd daughter and the small son and their children as well. The big daughter was treated like dirt and her parents never bothered about her or her children and husband.
The big daughter and her husband took care of their children all by themselves. Few years later the father got sick and couldn't walk, he ended up in bed. The 2nd daughter lied to all the families that her father was dying, but he wasn't, she plotted with her mother and her mother chose her over the 3 children. The mother gave her the car and the father's money to spend as she wishes, but her lefted the money in the 2nd daughter's name for safe keeping and to spend it. The big daughter found out that her mother chose between the children, her sister got the car and money and her brother got the house and she got nothing. Another child would never go back there again but she still went with her husband and praying for her father to get better and the tables have changed and the parents realize that they chose the wrong person. The big daughter found out that she has lupus and she is very sick but she still visits her parents. You can see it in her parents eyes the wrong they've made by choosing between your children and the one that they never chose is the one that is there for them and the other two children don't care....
