- In this video I am going to take you on a tour of India's no 1 Telecom Industry Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd in Mumbai.
I am sharing you my experience.And my whole day Routine in this Industry.
Currently Reliance jio is going to launch its jio gigafiber which will help people and all the jio users to get high speed internet upto 100 mbps with calling as well as DTH ( IPTV) facility.
Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles.
India now has only two other national telecom firms: Vodafone Idea - which has struggled to remain a going concern - and Bharti Airtel, which still holds a massive amount of debt. Meanwhile, Jio has not only become the country’s biggest telecom player, it has now tied up with some of the world’s biggest companies.
Over the last month, it announced investments from both Facebook and Google, two tech behemoths that have themselves been accused of and are being investigated for monopolistic behaviour around the world. In fact, Google is currently under investigation in India for abusing its market position and Facebook has struggled to get approval for WhatsApp payments.
In an ideal world, these deals should be cause for more scrutiny of Jio. As Competition lawyer Anupam Sanghi explained, “Given that both Jio and Facebook are among the top three holders of subscribers in India in their respective services, are these companies in a position to unfairly compete against competitor service providers by ‘directing’ its customers to use, for instance, the Jio Mart service? ... In other words, will users of Jio/FB/WhatsApp/Instagram be led into content.

I had worked with reliance retail in HR dept...during 2006 to 2009.. Initially for few months at Rey Road, Sewri office then for the remaining period at RCP, Ghansoli..I have seen RCP getting constructed before my own eyes..very happys days were those...there used be golf - carts for ferrying people there...

This is RCP campus. This is not only for Jio. Offices of Reliance petro-chemical businesses and Retail business are also there. Only part of the 500+ Acre campus is occupied by Jio.
He only shown two building though, both of which are fully occupied by Jio..

Yes every IT park are same. But construction quality seems chinese cheap material. These IT parks can be reassemble.
I first time visited the reliance DAKC in in 2016 for IT helpdesk interview, jio . There where 3 jio buildings inside at last stop, travel from gate 1 to building via electric car took 8-10 minutes.

In efficient companies will keep dying. That's principle of business. Average age of employees at Jio is 34, where as it is 54 in BSNL.

This story is of about 10 years back when we had landline phones in our home .
We had the postpaid connection , so being the youngest son of the family , i had to do all these trivial things such as bill payment of MPEB or BSNL and this and that .
MPEB is also pathetic but BSNL was more pathehtic atleast here in MP .
That is the core reason that people slowly shifted to these private companies .
Among private companies , jio provided the best plan and best facilities , hence it grown exponentially .
Obviously govt supported Jio , but nothing wrong in it , jio is again investing that money in india and is giving the jobs to indian youth only .
As simple as that .
Reliance always keeps nation first policy and that is a fact .
Obviously in such a large scale buisness they do corruption by facilitating the leaders also , but these things are the part of the buisness .
At the end , as far as reliance is concerned , they invest the money back in indian infrastructre and indian youth by giving the jobs .
If you have enough guts , then crack the interviews and work for them and lead a happy and succesfull life .
As simple as that .
Reliance is just giving services against a sum of money from your side , if you want to take the services then you have to pay for that , if you dont like their plans and their services then there are n number of plans of other private players .
No one is forcing you and keeping a gun on your head and saying to you , that rohan you have to buy this this pack of reliance , otherwise we will shoot you ?

If you want you can buy their plans and can use the services otherwise you buy other plans .
Same case is with Air India , services are shit .

I have a startup plan for launching a new smartphone brand. I think it would be more suitable to launch it under jio. A smartphone brand to replace all chinese brands, samsumg and iphone. An Indian smartphone with killer feature that no one ever think about it. I had made all plans for it, just need an execution.....
