      No one really know what will be going on in the market, he said he never know as well. it’s just we need to prepare for the bear market when everything seems so good. But most people can’t do it because it against the human nature. When the stock sets new record every month, you are tempted to buy it. That’s why most people suffered after 2000

    13:35 Perfect analysis of the 2000 tech boom. Again what we've seen recently as of September 2020. It's an important lesson to remember that whatever developments are in the market. The fundamentals of business will always prevail. The Tesla boom at ~2500 USD per share has seen this.

The smartest institutional investors I know (like Cathy wood etc) agree that Tesla will more than likely become a 2+ trillion dollar company. Potentially more if they dominate the coming robo taxi revolution which they are positioned strongly for

      That is the market price anyway; I dissagre with Mr. Market. It's probably worth 360-390k per A share, 240-260 per B share or a market capitalization ranging between 590-630 billion; grow it about 5% a year and it gives you a pretty good idea of conservative fair value (this is a rough proxy I came up with in adding up a simple 10 cap pricing model to the different groves of the business he refers to in the 2019 annual letter). Depending on what is on sale at the time and how much capital I have allocated, I may be a buyer at 65% intrinsic value.

    Historic record for the Comic Strip: The Blue Lotus soars to 3,175,400 $ sale at Acturial on 01/14/21, Yes you can also become a millionaire by investing in old french or Belgian comic book objects that might have thought that before !
    You can buy on Catawiki comics, there is everything for comic book collectors the cheapest in public sales commission 9% but you have to see for postage, advice for new collectors or investor of purchased objects only in first EO editions or limited luxury edition (the old ones) in new condition therefore the film not rubbed and no trace of scratches because much rarer and sometimes not found so very sought after by great collectors, Otherwise close to new book a little yellowed by time to avoid the very very good or too common good condition!
    An original board is a work by a designer directly on the paper, if it is not in perfect condition it is not so important because it is unique but best not to have it in a cloth.
    The investment in comics, certain objects or books in the first edition in perfect condition are worth gold. And a big return to the nostalgic past of a found childhood dream .

    Unfortunately I don't think the rules that Buffet played by for decades apply anymore. Stock market no longer dependent on fundamentals, but rather emotions and sentiment. That is why I doubt he will beat the S&P 500 anytime soon and I wish him a good long life. We shall say. I am investing on his methodology, but so far, losing.

    • @TwinJalanugraha
      @TwinJalanugraha  4 роки тому +5

      I follow his advice on putting most of my money in the S&P 500 index fund, and probably will remain with it for the rest of my life. So far it has grown to be nearly $900,000 and even after the market decline, plus taking out some to build a small home, it should surpass a million mark when I reach 61. I encourage you to look into his wisdom of long term investment in the S&P 500 index fund.
