Thank you for not just berating people for making excuses or being lazy, and actually giving tons of useful tips! When I've read up on this topic before all I've come across was how people just need to stop making excuses and find time in their schedule. Obviously that's not helpful because so many people still struggle with busy schedules, higher priorities (yes your health is a top priority, but sometimes other things that contribute to your livelihood or family matters need to be put first) and sometimes it's near impossible to find time to add one more 30-60 min task to the day. I like your non-judgemental and realistic, fact based approach. Time to get creative 💪
I really am trying not to make excuses. I wake up at 4:30AM start my day take dogs out, take kids to school, go to work, 30 minute lunch, get home at 6:30-7PM and I do IF fast from 9AM-3PM. So after 7PM when I’m home (realistically 7:30 after preparing food for family) I’m tired and my stomach is empty so I don’t have energy to work out. I don’t want to quit fasting because I’ve lost 30 lbs from it, I also don’t want to eat late or take a pre-workout late and ruin my sleep/metabolism. It’s really hard to wake up at 3AM I did it one day and I was sleepy through the entire day, almost fell asleep driving. I think I can only use my 2 off days to work out. I work at a call center so I walk around outside on my 2x 10 min breaks, it’s the least cardio I can do for the day.
You could do two full body workouts on your off days and still hit every muscle! Just curious, with that long of a fast during the day, how many calories are you consuming total? That could be contributing to your energy level.
It's a 90min a day for 3 days a week.. That's all what a busy schedule can give you, which includes the whole process between the road, the workout it self and the shower & changing time
I don't talk about nutrition quite as much on the channel simply because those videos never perform well for me. I do have several on the channel though if you want to go through and check them out.
Do you have any tips that I didn't cover?
Colossians 3:23
KJV Bible
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
@@heavenbound7 I love this! Good word, my friend. I often pray this at the start of a workday.
