Any idea on how to adjust the handle? Unfortunately when I got mine, the handle was not installed correctly, meaning the entire pole doesn’t extend all the way up like I see yours is doing the live demo. The entire pole was inserted all the way down and secured so basically I have to bend over to pull it or have to be 3 feet from the ground for it to be somewhat level. The screws or whatever they are don’t seem very easy to loosen so I was curious if you had any ideas. Thanks!
