I was on one of the Suffolk pumps (both from Normanshurst in Lowestoft). Remember wearing BA while fighting the fire from the head of a 135 ladder.

Worked and lived in as a chef in that place when it was 'Mister T's' restaurant in 1988...was a thriving, busy well run establishment back then (such a shame as it was a beautiful building that sadly went to rack and ruin after owner Grahame Tinnion sold up)...was demolished soon after and flats built on the site...
