This video is entirely revised and re-edited. I have covered George Blake's story on my channel before, but I have now completely re-written and updated the script, got rid of the AI voice (you're stuck with yours truly from now on!), and found new images and visuals. Please enjoy!

Why no measure had been taken
    to evacuate the British embassy,
although Captain Holt had advised his compatriots not
to go out of Seoul, “because
he had heard things too” ?
    During the captivity period

    George Blake’s negative saga
in some aspects is more fascinating than that of Philby.
Both’s reasoning about the help in
the West they received, for their
traitorous activities against the West indicate that they were on the “right” side of the left-flowing river of history.
& on the absence of any opposition in the sovs’ land, it’s
    because paradise had already
    been attained.
If there’s ever any wonder 💭’bout the religion of people like Blake, then it’s history.
    Their religion.

@@TheChronozoan I've watched a channel that for a long time I suspected had AI narration and I didn't approve, then recently in one of the videos I could hear the narrator had a cold. AI doesn't suffer from nasal congestion. I felt bad. For me AI narration brings up the possibility in my head that ChatGPT wrote the script as well. That's why I'm wary of it. It's probably unfair on my part.

    • @TheChronozoan
      @TheChronozoan 2 місяці тому +1

@MakerInMotion I think it's a very complex issue. I've seen a number of content creators use it to help with art or maps or, of course, voicing. And that was great for them, because they were very small and unable to afford a human artist. Yet personally, I am mostly against it because AI takes away from the jobs of many many people.
I guess a better way to put it is that it is good in the individualist perspective, but for all of Team Humanity, it is I think a net loss for the artistic community. Machine learning has and will do so many cool and beneficial things for our scientific community.
And then of course there's the dangers of AI in our politics, with bad actors using machine learning to machine simulated speeches or talks by various public figures. To wrap this up, I think that largely AI/machine learning is ultimately a tool and it's employment is a reflection of the human using it.
