That is my favorite body out in our beautiful solar system too!! Love to watch your unique informative videos, thank you for your work in making these I am one who definitely appreciates it! Hope all is good.
+Yahkoi But its gravity pull is weaker. Plus it would lose a lot of mass because of being much closer to the sun and getting its atmosphere stripped away by solar wind.
You say in the video that Titan is mostly composed of silicates. I know that Universe Sandbox says that Titan is composed of silicates, but it is thought, because of Titan's density of 1.88 g/cm3, that Titan's probably composed of roughly equal amounts of silicates and water ice. See Wikipedia for example. (This is true of most of the other large satellites in the outer Solar System as well.) Nice video: just thought I'd mention that one thing.
@Anton -- What about a hypothetical star system with a gas giant with a habitable moon? Somewhat like Yavin in Star Wars, for example? This could be fun to show in the program.
can you do a video explaining white holes, i really dont understand it, if a blackhole is just a really massive object that sucks things into it because of gravity, things that get sucked into it would just become part of it, theres no reason it should have a white hole counterpart, so i assumed they were just an idea with nothing to back it up, but apparently, there are a lot of evidence that points to it being real, and to me that makes no sense.
3pizza43 yea it just doesn't make sense every piece of matter has a purpose to it, but if white holes exist, then they would be just useless, they would just be spraying stuff out in some other universe, it's just useless in my opinion.
Emelgiefro Didn't you hear him? He clearly said that Titan's atmosphere is too thick, you can't see through it. It would be like watching this simulation.
I don't think that adding a bunch of oxygen to moon with huge lakes of methane would be the wisest thing. keep the o2 in the habitats for humans since we'd be in them 98% of the time for the warmth...
Joshua Fogg I think Titan may have had it's own orbit once but was pulled into Saturn's system because of its gravity, it would explain why Titan is reasonably far from Saturn compared to some of the other moons.
Nothing would happen if titan was a planet. It will not change and bend orbits to all planets or moons around the planets. Since titan is microscopic compared to the solar system. Nothing much would happen.
the atmosphere is *E X T R A T H I C C*
its a planet.. Orbiting a Planet
*Seinfield theme plays

Posible. 🤔

It would be cool if Titan was a Moon of Earth.
the tides would higher than today though
MonstaNuclear if it replaced the moon, tides wouldn't be so high.
That would be a beautiful view in the night sky!
@@MsMRkv it would because its much bigger.
+Yahkoi But its gravity pull is weaker. Plus it would lose a lot of mass because of being much closer to the sun and getting its atmosphere stripped away by solar wind.
I've been watching your vids ever since you had a few hundred subs. Still loving your vids!
good video

The most effective way to Terraform a planet...
Crash a bunch of asteroids into it.
It worked with Earth, so it should work on Titan.
Is it just me or is Mercury the Texas equivalent of comparing planet and moon sizes?
Speaking of Texas, I live in Texas.
me in ohio
Would the add oxygen cause the whole planet to explode because of all the ethane?
#road to 100k for anton! this video was cewl btw
why dont you show pictures like the surface of titan when you talk about it? just asking
Emelgiefro Didn't you hear him? He clearly said that Titan's atmosphere is too thick, you can't see through it. It would be like watching this simulation.
Well Theres a 2 methods:
-Thermal Detection
--Succ the athmospheire out of existence-
-Land on it
Lyonmane ™ well there is one satellite that landed on titan. Its called "Cassini Huygens"
Edit: and then it took pictures on the surface.
If Titan was a planet you should put it in the handle zone and then you can put it next to me to be my friend
If Europe collided with Mars would it keep the water? And if Mars had a larger moon, would it keep the core warm?
It will keep the water but not for long time, due to lack of magnetic field and low gravity, it would eventually go away.
For some reason
I don't think that adding a bunch of oxygen to moon with huge lakes of methane would be the wisest thing. keep the o2 in the habitats for humans since we'd be in them 98% of the time for the warmth...
Geo Curtis just like throwing astroids at it to warm it up is stupid...
One other problem with kolonising Titan is Saturns radioation would normaly kill all living creatures before you reach the moon!
If the planet heated would all the "ice and liquids" ignite in gas with a spark? (like an impact from an asteroid)
6:48 I didn't know they were that advanced
What if Earth was the size of Titan? Can you try to make a video on that plz.
Who knows OG Mudbone
i know his scream
Dad do you know whats for breakfast
Hi guys!
wonder what would happen if you put it in the asteroid belt
We should colonize multiple places in our Solar System
jupiter space can i get an ice cream plz
Nothing would happen but it depends where it landed because it’s gravitational pull/force
may I please know the software which tou use for this simulation?
your fav moon
Could we actually consider Titan as a planet, just one in an orbit around another?
Joshua Fogg I think Titan may have had it's own orbit once but was pulled into Saturn's system because of its gravity, it would explain why Titan is reasonably far from Saturn compared to some of the other moons.
Hello everybody it's... mean while everyone wants him to say "watermelon"
me to Titan is my favorite moon
Radiation from saturn?
"very very long very large"
What program are you using? I downloaded SpaceEngine but it looks nothing like what you're using...
titan is a natural satelite planet
What game are you playing in this? I'd like to know.
Can you pleas creat your own habitable solar system.
Then it would be a "titan" of a time...
I'll stop now
I came here looking for infinity war videos
i have whoopping coughg
Weird read online Titan is composed of silcates and water ice..
Spelling of thick is t h i c k
What if the earth was a moon and the moon was a planet?
wow
Is Hawaii a plant?
2:34
What if UY scuti and VY canis Majores crash each other
Kinda foolish to think of colonizing Titan don't ya think?
But Titan was a Dwarf Planet :(
no, the smallest planet is similar to the size of the moon, it is likely to be a planet.
I'M EARLY ASF!!!
I've been on Titan. It smells like shit
the hydrocarbons would heat its atmosphere. and one dislike why?
also i try to terraform titan i'll make a vid on it. i'll comment the link later
Make a video
Titan is black?
Hi
bunch of places are named after LOTR and some scifi locations... just goes to show how much scientists are geeks :P Not that I dont approve.
I love your channel. u stick to one sub. for one vedio.
