IMO it's the best episode in the series
The actress featured is Birgitte Hjort Sørensen from Denmark. She's had small roles in Pitch Perfect 2, Vinyl, and Midsomer Murders. She's been in the Danish theatre scene as well as several Danish features.
Pointing out all the redheads had me laughing my ass off. As a redhead I found that hilarious.

No it isn't. Dragonglass isn't forged at all. It's a nickname for obsidian, which is simply rock that has been molten and resolified, i.e. cooled-off lava. It's common on volcanic islands -- in the real world, too.

At 9:05 the redhead was actually right. All of those people that she mentioned have valyrian steel. Arya's sword is also a valyrian steel. Jon gave her, needle, at the beginning of the show, and I believe it was made by a smith who was at winterfell at that early beginnings of the show (few know how to work the metal).
Arya’s needle is castle-forged steel, not Valyrian steel. Gendry assessed this early on when he saw it in S1E10. She has the Valyrian dagger now, though, from Bran (by way of LF).
Mikken (books and show) is never mentioned as knowing how to reforge Valyrian steel. Besides that, where would Jon have even gotten any? O.o
