We unload 34 items onto our cart to take into venue. We take 34 items off our cart. We set up 34 items. We Party. Then we take down 34 items. We load 34 items on our cart to take back to our vehicle. I've been there a couple of times. Load in is a PIA as you mentioned. Gotta get in the load in area, then move your vehicle to the designated parking area. There's the park and zoo traffic everywhere. Ceremony area is nice and easy with power but you do need that battery powered speaker for the cocktail area. Great mix.
Thank you brother! Luckily they let me stay parked in the back area so it was awesome! I love how intimate the venue is though. My only concern is, if I were to have to bring my trailer, I'd be screwed.
@@djdannybhtx I've seen the big production teams bring in their 24 ft trucks but they usually drop off and come back. I would most def figure out the logistics with the coordinator/couple in that case. They would just let you come in, unload and then have to get out.

For sure! I literally just watched Nick's video on not being able to set up until after ceremony. I HAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE those type of situations lol.
