Can relate. One time my boss complained about a (completely innocent) cartoon dinosaur i had drawn on a whiteboard in my office and ordered me that any art needed to be more "work related". I was in the army at the time, and thus spent the following 6 months creating elaborate drawings of famous dark wartime photographs (battle of Ghettysburg, the tank man of Tianmen square, Enola Gay etc...). It got quite a lot of attention at the time among other staff, and I always made sure to let them know that it was on the specific orders of that particular boss. He got what he asked for. It was not what he wanted, but it was exactly what he had asked for.

I have always wondered if mindfulness is actually the practice of noticing what your dominant functions are doing in relation to the insecurities your demon functions are doing (they’re examples of the news or pushing your perspective). Because, when we talk about letting it go, that’s mindfulness. It’s going “ah yes I see that I’m wanting to go there, I see that I’m getting fearful and frustrated, but I’m going to let myself feel those pings, watch them fade away, and make a different, conscious choice.”
Very good observation. It's not about doing your demons, it's about being able to recognize when they're whispering to you and then using the tools you have (or the tools you like) to solve the problem with that in mind.

This is a poor set of opinions. This is where science meets Tarot cards, and people take it as gospel. I get second hand embarrassment, having to see you do this.
Not having a grasp on someone's issue (in their place of expertise) does not give you carte blanche to weaponize psychology from a place of ignorance. As much as I would like to discuss it, I'm not sure the UA-cam comment section is the best place for explaining 'Right to Repair', the failings of America's manufacturing complex and how that's meshed with modern fashion-tech and people's perceptions.
