Not really. Im dissapointed about the scenes in the op (not the music, Yoasobi is amazing) As a manga reader, i wish they showed more about Louis, or Pina. They only showed Haru and Legosi, when this entire arc is not really about them
@@williamslopez2447 That's what I'm saying. I think the visuals in the OP are going to change as the story progresses. Right now it's basically a recap of season 1, they did the OP in a 3D environment so they can change stuff up fairly easy.

The worldbuilding in Beastars is one of the best of its kind. The manga really goes more in-depth with some of the ways the world works.

I love the ending of this song where it said ただキミを守る そのために 走る 走る 走るんだよ 僕の中の僕を超える which means "Just to protect you, for that reason, I run. Surpass "the me" inside of me." I love this because it corresponded with that particular part of the video, where Legoshi took Haru's hand and the two ran away from what looked like the other side of Legoshi that fell to his instincts and wanted to devour Haru.

I just love how when that solo came in, the visuals are toned down a lot. No sudden movements, no abrupt transitions, nothing. It was made that way to make the music stand out and my god that eerie vibes stood out amazingly. 😩

I like how the flowers at 0:17 look like little heads in an audience watching a stage, referencing the first season. It emphasizes Legoshi's growth from being a face in the background (a stagehand) to a (anime) "main character", since Louis abandons his post (as the knight that protects the damsel, Haru) and hands it over to Legoshi.

The motion, animation, voice acting is outstanding
The way roui sway back to lift Legoshi, the little talk in the background, the realistic voice acting. It's way different than any other anime that I've seen. Truly amazing. I can't wait for season 3!

Why I like this song so much is because it really tries to give the feeling of the true darkness and confusion of the show, and it absolutely slaps at doing so.

If you look at the head-swivel and red-eye flash at 0:10ish, it feels intentionally timed with the vocals, but I feel like the red would be more satisfying if it waited just that half-second more for the bell sound. Mainly, though, I think it's the fact that I don't think anything matches up with that sick synth bass in a satisfying way.

Starting this piece of garbage anime was the greatest mistake, the entire S2 didn't make any sense and the final ep was the last nail in the coffin.

Everyone has that one anime that they unconditionally loved, this is the one I loved
There's a shocking lack of Red Deer in this opening, considering the huge role Louis will be playing in this season. Instead, there's an immense focus on Haru, who really kind of starts taking the backseat in this season. Not sure what the thought process was here - did they just want to prevent anything that they thought might have been a spoiler? I mean, I feel like we'll see Louis in like, the first episode, so I dunno what all the secrecy concerning him is about. I hope they update the opening as time goes on.

Yeah, the visual feel kinda lackluster overall as they're all just scenes from the first season. I really hope this is not the final version
Ikr, Louis literally needs more visuals in the opening than Haru. Other than being Legosi's driving force, Haru's been taking a break from everything and is completely oblivious of the happenings around the next arcs. Riz is probably even more important here than her. No hate on Haru cuz she's best girl but Itagaki didn't serve her justice.
It's a massive spoiler he's alive and he actually takes a small gap of time to appear in the manga. Granted he's in the trailer but shows and movies act as if people have never seen things spoiled in trailers.
I think it has to do what role he will have in the next season and it's a rather big one, I think the studio wanted to keep the spoilers to a minimum.
This took hype anime openings to a complete other level than others and that wasnt even the full thing, the art and that beat is Lit AF🔥🐺🐰. Yoasobi is amazing top tier 👌

Tbh I was a bit disappointed in this song. The first 40 seconds is kind of overall bland and had a terrible transition into the next part. After 40sec the song is absolutely incredible and perfect but the before just kinda seems somewhat bad. Maybe it's just me though and it is still a great song.
