Gold is refined by fire, the heat brings impurities to the surface so they can be removed. I think that's what we saw with JLew today, the heat of the competition brought some stuff to the surface that was more than just competitive spirit, there was all sorts of stuff coming to the top for him today, and it stole his joy. Hope he's able to address some of those things and grow from it and not just let those things sink back down into him. When you know perfect love you have nothing to prove. Praying for him.

Game 3 was pretty intense. It can be difficult to play while being under pressure at times, especially when there's fouling [regardless as to who does so]. Both Jlew and DeAllen played pretty hard n' well overall, so it was a good match. Respect to the both of them, especially DeAllen for being sportsmanlike and understanding.

Wont lie, I love these aggressive 1v1s, it brings a thrill and competitiveness to the match, its just unfortunate it probably breeds a decent percentage of resentment long after the game is finished. Great match non the less, J lew probably wouldve gotten his way more if he still called the calls without the trash talk, it made him go out sad.

Basketball is competitive. It be like that. Some trash talk others don’t. It’s s styler/preference. Doesn’t make anyone less of a man or more of a man in the process. Do we forget how Dev trash talks? How about Cel vs Kenny? Sometimes it’s to fire you up or take you to another gear. If it gets toxic so be it as long as it stays on the court. I think that's what we saw with JLew today, the heat of the competition brought some stuff to the surface that was more than just competitive spirit, there was all sorts of stuff coming to the top for him today, and it stole his joy.

Game 3 was pretty intense. It can be difficult to play while being under pressure at times, especially when there's fouling [regardless as to who does so]. Both Jlew and DeAllen played pretty hard n' well overall, so it was a good match. Respect to the both of them, especially DeAllen for being sportsmanlike and understanding.
