Лично для меня - практически невозможно. Огромных усилий занимают даже простейшие действия. А ты всё так же ведёшь канал, и вкладываешь силы в его развитие. Depression is incredibly hard and still effects me even when I'm happy on the outside, like doing everyday tasks and keeping a normal human sleep schedule. Your ASMR helps a lot though, almost like a mini calming therapy 💕
