Get that kettle clean - dis- and reassemble ash sweep mechanism

Some cleaning utensils and lots of elbow grease - that's all you need to get your grill clean. You make your life a lot easier if you adopt a regular cleaning routine. I use tinfoil on the charcoal grate to catch dripping fat on the indirect side and give both the bowl and the lid a quick sweep before every cook. This way I only thoroughly clean the grill once a year, even though I use it about 100 times a year.

ja, fühlt sich echt gut an. Du glaubst ja nicht, wie ich geflucht habe, als das Teil weg war. Eigentlich hätte meine Frau mich filmen sollen, wie ich mit dem Sieb meiner Tochter meine Aschekübel Sandschaufel für Sandschaufel in den Restmüll gesiebt habe.
