In the original do bongsoon acts super cute and he is weak to that but she very clearly loves him this was really emphasized when she had a bomb strapped to her and all she wanted him to do was run and she tried really hard and wished hard and got her powers back to save him. And remember he definitely fell In love with her first she took time because she was in love with someone else.

Only ppl calling this good chemistry is girls enjoying the ML doing everything for FL while she just does her own things. And I'm not saying you can't enjoy that, but that is not chemistry, chemistry is when it goes both sides and it creates sparks
