Jayda do whatever YOU want to do to make YOU happy! You don’t need to explain your decisions or thought process behind your choices. Of course you are human and the opinions of others can influence how you feel but give yourself grace. Allow yourself to make mistakes, be indecisive sometimes and just relax. Nobody has it all figured out!
You can be twenty or forty, when God lays it on your heart that it’s time to move, you need to move before you are moved without your own doing. It’s a shame young, successful black ppl have to go through microaggressions, stereotyping, etc. but I’m glad u are doing what’s best for u. Make that move sis! This was motivation for me because I’m stuck at a job that I can’t stand going to 5 days/ week and it leaves me with little time to work on being an entrepreneur. But God is going to guide me and with him placing videos like this in front of me, it’s definitely a sign that I have to start being uncomfortable to get comfortable, just like u said!

Your apartments were definitely tripping, I would’ve contacted corporate about them assuming someone else lived there and trying to force you out lowkey, I would’ve gotten right up out that lease with no fees etc. They didn’t like the fact that you were young and could afford to live in that community, I’ve had the same experience with a previous community I’ve lived in. I also was thinking like maybe you should find someone you can share suits with or a salon with in the meantime to get more practice before you move & before school is up . & maybe charge like a little percentage for like time & product just to pay yourself a bit maybe like a schedule day fee . 10 for product 10 for scheduled/time day so technically you still not charging for hair .

My kids will always be able to come back to my house to save money. It’s a blessing to have that option. Get out of Augusta this place wild and ghetto I been here for 3 months and I can’t wait to move in Dec! I live in new apartments and caught someone trying to break into my husband car broad daylight! We only here bc my husband in the military.

Yeah you’re not wrong at all. My old apartments used to watch my boyfriend and I EXTREMELY hard. There was a maintenance man that lived on the same floor as I and would constantly complain about pure BS to our management. My boyfriend was fixing a part on his car that was loose and he gone tell management and they gone call me saying he can’t work on his car in the parking lot. My boyfriend looks up and sees this ignorant ass mf literally watching him from the 4th floor staircase…

I got a breast reduction and honestly I’ve had multiple surgeries and the recovery wasn’t bad. I wasn’t even able to take the medication I was prescribed because my body rejected them. Your just going to need help. My mom stayed with me for a week
