Therapy is extremely beneficial, i went to therapy for the first time this year & she helped me correct past mistakes i’ve made… it’s not just talking, she gave me advice on how to fix my problems, how to have conversations with certain people & stand on business. i love my therapist, i think it’s just finding the right person for you because i think they have celebrity therapists too who specialize in famous people problems lol

I am currently in therapy! I went in simply because I felt stuck in life! I am also an individual that doesn’t like to talk and keeps stuff bottled up. I got back close to my family & was able to finish school, without it I probably would have crashed out. But finding the right therapist and focusing on the outcome you want you will see positive results. The key is to get a good therapist!
