I'm very Noir and that is one of my favoritests songs to lure me back from "those places". Black/Noir/Dark personality people get it. The other one is Hole In The Bucket because I'm a big kid and it reminds me of Seame Street.

wow I never knew he wrote this song while in the hospital, I've wondered why I felt like breaking down and at the same time laughing with tremendous joy, this song makes more sense now that I find my self hospitalized for quite some time however this song makes me feel that I will pass this storm and bask u Der the sunshine, M. I love this story... and it makes me feel less crazy, because on really horrible days, I just play this song on repeat.... by the 3x I feel lighter... but 6 I'm good.... by 7 I'm dancing.

I was institutionalised by the mental health authorities here in new Zealand via the police . . I was in a very happy space . .living on Kawau Island, North of Auckland, eating scallops out of the ocean ...where almost everything smells like suntan lotion . .bare footed ..playing a eukele to chickens like a chicken . . Playing beautiful music across Schoolhouse Bay .. smelling the bush.. talking to and singing with the birds and The Byrd .. befriending wallabies and wekas .. and ..they thought I was CRAZY . . Well it was The Sound Of Sunshine that got me through even the Disposable Heroes of Hipoprascy came to my rescue AND all of Michael and Spearheads never ending repertoire . . I am eternally grateful .AROHA
