7 Layer Dip
By: The Jaroudi Family
In a large bowl layer the following ingredients/recipes
Starting from the bottom of the bowl:
Refried Beans
Guacamole
Veggies (1 small red onion, 3 peppers chopped, 2 cups corn)
Salsa of your choice // 1-2 cups
Sour Cream
Nacho Cheese Sauce
Chopped lettuce
Keep finished dip in the refrigerator covered
Refried Beans
By: The Jaroudi Family
Ingredients:
½ cup water
1 tsp lime juice
3 ½ cups cooked pinto beans (or 2 15oz cans rinsed and drained)
1 tsp miso
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp garlic
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Keeps for around 5 days
Guacamole
By: The Jaroudi Family
Ingredients:
1 medium avocado
2 cups peas (if using frozen let thaw)
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp miso
3 scallions chopped
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except scallions in a food processor until smooth.
Fold in scallions and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Keeps for around 5 days.
Easy Plant-Based Sour Cream
By: The Jaroudi Family
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashews
1⁄2 cup silken tofu (or white beans!) o 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp white miso
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Keeps for around 5 days
Nacho Cheese Sauce
By: The Jaroudi Family
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup water - ** (if blender is having trouble double this) **
1 large piece of roasted red pepper
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp miso
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions:
Blend together all ingredients in a high-speed blender
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Keeps for around 5 days

This dip is the bomb! I have one serving tip though after making it a few times: Use a glass - see through square or rectangle pan. A glass 9x13 is great because you can see the layers and it is easier to scoop up than out of a bowl situation. Delicious Brit and so healthy! Thanks for your hard work on all your recipes!
This recipe would be great done up as single serve in a small glass jar/bowl.

yummmmm There are only 2 of us and we are staying home during covid but I could scale this down in size and eat it as lunch no problem. I love your recipes...to make it my own I would add a few jalapenos, olives and cilantro...thanks once again for the great idea

Tip for those who do not yet have a glass serving bowl...Buy a Trygg bowl at IKEA for $2.49 (US price) it has more of a wedge silhouette, rather than a dome shape. So it really highlights the colorful layers.

I finally got around to making this. I used white beans instead of cashews in the sour cream and couldn't tell the difference except less fat.

Brittany, Congrats on reaching 50K. It is so well deserving. Your enthusiasm and passion for WFPBNSOS is so apparent in all your videos and delicious recipes. Made this today to have during today's football games. The recipes for the refried beans and guacamole were new to me and I have today, they sure were tasty. Speaking of tasty, I made a double batch of the nacho cheese sauce as we just love the flavor. This recipe sure is a hit. I took your suggestion and made some of the recipes included in the 7 layer dip recipe last night so there was less prep this morning. Next tie I make it I will make some pita chips and other crunchy crackers to go along with it. So grateful for all you do to help me and others on this way eating lifestyle.
