I am almost 40 and so happy I don't have the suicide bug ...never thought about it other than from a philosophical perspective, I have been super depressed though...it just never was an option in my eyes...I think is one of those things like anxiety, everyone gets it, but it depends on you how much you catastrophize it, or just keep moving, eventually everything is just a memory....and if you know how to laugh about yourself, you have a way better life.
