@@motoryachtloon If you don't have enough oopers, How about accidents caught on video? It would be an educational video if someone could point out the mistake and what the person was supposed to have accomplished or was trying to do.
Steve your pictures and video are amazing! If I would have known 40 years ago I could have traveled the world and worked on a yacht, I would have done it!! Thank you so much for the beautiful videos!!
The drone footage on the latest Croatia voyage is nothing short of spectacular! Also love how you are showing closeups of the navigation maps and zoomed out maps of your route.
If there EVER was a yacht to spend ones hard earned money on, it would have to be Loon! I have never seen a crew doing so much for their guests as these guys. I know it is very expensive, but if you are in the market for a cruise like this, there is no other boat to go to, with an almost guarantee for succes! thank you for yet another great video, and for another 40 minutes of dreaming for all of us "screen sailors"
LOTS of work and pretty much constant on the move but of course the crew made it look easy. Perfection seems to be your standard and you seem to attain that standard every day. Well done everyone!
Captain Paul, I know you don't show any of the guests that are on board but it would be really great if maybe one day one of them would be willing to give a guests take on one of the cruises that you do. Absolutely love the Croatian coast and keep them coming.
Felicidades.
Firstly, what happened in Sicily was so sad and my condolences go out to their relatives. I hope Loon fared OK. I love watching the vids. Croatia looks so nice and warm. See you back in the South of France.
helloo from Croatia, big fan of your videos, and i must admit that you are giving us Croatian people new and stunning views of our country... keep the good work
Just found this channel through Nina's channel, more top notch super yacht videos to enjoy.👍Really interesting to see what everyone else gets up to on board.
Someone had a vision and a plan for this channel, and it is beginning to blossom in an amazing way. The content is free flowing, smooth and engaging. Great work captain and crew.
I can't believe we had to wait 31 minutes for Nina to appear lol , everyone loves Nina , seriously , another great video Steve , I love the restaurant in the waterfall , that is spectacular , great team and teamwork Paul
Wow, now I need a nap to recover from all the activities!!😄 Really appreciate the ID of the locations. This is a first-class operation and crew group. So much energy present. Charter guests r so lucky!! Hope the new venture change maintains these qualities in the future!! Always look forward to a new vlog to enjoy!!
Maybe add a tv with live camera footage of outside for the laundry room, would be like a window. If not on this yacht at least add it on the new yacht. Much love from Florida 🇺🇸 Also need more of Courtney ❤
I love the check-ins with each department. I love getting to meet the whole team, and see what all work goes into making such a great experience for the guests. 😃
Croatia is a beautiful country but a special mention must go to the Blue Grotto it was amazing, that beautiful colour of blue outstanding. One thing you do is show us the wonderful countryside. I loved the National Park with the waterways and waterfalls. Hava harbour is lovely surrounded by the village, the white buildings are glowing in the sun. If you didn't go to these places we wouldn't see them. Steve's filming, particularly the drone shots show off the scenery of Croatia to it best advantage. Thank you.
It was super interesting to see a charter where guests were interesting in doing shore excursions, it seems like most of the time they stay pretty close to loon (which is totally fine) but just found it cool to see the places you guys went and not just the anchorages
While watching the untangling of the anchor rode, I noticed quite a bit of growth on the bulbous bow and was a bit surprised. I thought, given how active this boat is and how good anti-fouling bottom paint is these days, that wouldn't have been happening. Really enjoy the videos!
Love the videos. I was fortunate to see the Loon in person in Florida while on vacation in Jupiter Florida. Got a few pics over the fence with the old make shift logo. Looking forward to seeing it again when it returns to Florida.🥰 Keep up the great drone video! Always a delight to see the girls smiles. Very cool of you to have a 4th of July celebration for the guest.
Always look forward to your different ports of calls. Great job, Loon crew and Capt Paul, Nina would like to partake in in a lovely pasta dish with scallops, shrimp and lobster and some of your fine bread. 👍👍👍
I want to see more Chef and interior content please. Loved seeing the Chief Stew. While I love the vids, that's the reason I subscribed to this channel. I understand confidentiality, you can show more of them. Thank you.
@chefnina is the glue that keeps this Viking ship afloat. I love her recipes and delivery. If we look back, I was never a fan of 'culinary ship menus' or those other Yankees-just saying.
Damn some of the edits on this are cool. The quick cuts on the Hvar dock were great Steve. Also the cut to the anchor on Paul saying the anchor was at the water line was great.
I was wondering if Courtney and Alex as HODs also have rotational partners like Nina/Dean or do they have to be on board throughout the whole charter season?
LOVE the names of the towns superimposed on the water! It looks great, and it's informative - I like to look up the towns on Google Earth, and especially in the Med, it's hard to figure out how they're spelled just by hearing them spoken.
My thoughts go out to the Loon crew and the broader charter community after the tragic loss of the Bayesian. It sadly shows how quickly events can unfold on the seas.
Steve, CPC great video and Camera work (Steve) Crew did awesome You went to some epic spots in Croatia. Hvar is a great spot loved it when I was there last year. Glad Nina was called out on her great food from the charter guest. Looking forward to next video cheers
That part of Croatia is amazing! Been to Šibenik and Split last June and I'm definitely going back to check out more of the places you've shown us glimpses of. Not traveling by Loon though. Planes and automobiles is more within my budget.
Seems crazy that they are only on board for a couple of days but aren't eating on board for every meal. If I were a guest, especially for such a short of time I would be on that boat the whole time!
GFBISA: Howzit All... As usual, another great video. Always entertaining, and lots of fun. Love your great attitude from the entire team, which really shines through. *I am sure you all managed to watch some of the Bokke games, giving the Aussies some great lessons in modern rugby.😉😉. Can't wait for the All Blacks next on the chopping block!.😨.. Wooop, woooop, woooop! Take care, and be safe out there. 😁
Thanx for sharing this video and all the virtual tour of the boat ! I still have a question : What's the use of the retractable mast at the bow of the ship ?
Production quality just keeps improving! Loon is a beautiful vessel, whoever buys her will be pleased with the way you have treated her. I assume the tenders are not for sale as well and will remain with the "new" Loon???
Thank Bubba, we believe we had made many great improvements to her over the past 18 months that we have owned her. Exactly the tenders will remain with us and continue to be our tenders on the next Loon 🛥️😎
I just watched the clip on the super yacht that sunk.. some terrible weather really made out of tragedy how often have you been scared by the bad weather ?? I'm really shocked and devastated by that my heart is broken for the families involved.. and of course I always wish you guys nothing but good luck..❤❤❤
It truly is terrible. I believe this was just a freak accident. We do occasionally experience bad weather but we a prepared and do our best in the situation.
It depends which ones. Some places especially in Italy and SOF we have to book months in advance. Luckily in Croatia it’s not that busy so usually only a week or so. 🛥️😍
Another great episode Videos seem to keep getting higher production quality. I’m always hoping for a big fight or romance between crew members like on Below Deck. 😂 I’ll stay tuned.. 😮
Croatia is just stunning, it's my favourite spot on the Med. Any sign of the merch store yet, Paul? EDIT: never mind, I see Loon is on the market which explains why we aren't getting merch, bugger.
STEVE can we please get an extra long end-of-season blooper video once you guys finish up in the Med???
Yes please!
Seconded!! 😂
We'll see what we can do. But the crew is getting so good at being on camera now we don't have the amount of bloopers we used to 🤷♂️
