      @@kakashihatake1029 I don't know man, this looks like prime djokovic to me. He hunts people down on their service games, great movement, great balance, great shot selection, rally tolerance, grit in long matches and he even has a little more pop on his forehand than djoko ever did

      @@benjaminadler2001 oh brother. Not even close. Look at his age and you'd see. Even in his declining years he's just better than Alcaraz. Despite his movement having become so fragile over the last 3 years. (Started declining in 2022. That's when it was visibly noticeable). His lateral movement in particular is weaker but his movement forwards I to the court is also declining. Ofc his groundstrokes are the biggest factors that have declined which is why he can't really do much on faster surfaces to hard hitters anymore. That's why I think his best chance of winning a slam is the French open this year.
      Even hisnserves have declined tremendously now. There was a time post 2018 recovery where his serving was improving until it hit a peak in about 2019-2021. And then it began declining slowly with a few spikes. Nowadays he serves very few aces and his 1st serve percentages are not consistently high.
      He even served worse than Alcaraz in their AO meeting. But Alcaraz is so poor on hcs that he couldn't match a 37 year old from the baseline. 💀
      That's the state of Alcaraz' inconsistency rn.
      If zverev plays well he can beat Djokovic. I hope he does because then the final will be competitive against Sinner. Djokovic doesn't have the endurance or strength to face world numbers 3, 2, and 1 back to back to back anymore.

    This was a masterclass by Jannik...power, speed accuracy and total focus. At one point, Alex looked quite despondent.He was throwing all he could at Jannik n yet those balls kept coming back, often 'painting' the lines. The only person likely to stop Jannik is Nole. But Jannik plays a similar game n he shows no sign of ever tiring! He is a metronome!!!❤

    • @enrico.s
      @enrico.s 2 дні тому

      Nole's last victory dates back to 2023...in the meantime Sinner has become Sinner, while Djokovic has become 1 year older. I mean, Nole is a legend, but the clock doesn't run backwards. Not even for him. I think he should think about beating Zverev in the meantime, which is far from a given (1.6 vs 2.4 for bookies).
