  • Strelok Pro just added a nifty Click Value Validation calculator. If you've done a Tall Target Test, or plan to do one (you should), to determine the true elevation click value on your scope, Strelok will now do the math for you!

This was a very useful video! Thanks for taking the time to explain this powerful new feature in Strlok Pro.

the last step of the tall target test is dial back to zero and shoot a final group, to see if the scope does that correctly.

Thank you for your video. I have been shooting Hornady American Gunner 140 gr HPBT 6.5C ammo for a silhouette match. My dial ups where not accurate even with a measured MV. I was able to adjust my MV and BC to get close but felt it was not correct. After viewing your video I put in my verified MV, the listed BC, 547 yards and the inches up required from the app and corrected my dial ups to .228 MOA. With the corrected MOA I still get the uncorrected dial ups displayed under MOA when I hit Calculate but the reticle view takes the new corrected info and now with the reticle view I have verified that at 219, 328, 437, 500 and 547 yards the corrected MOA is spot on. How do I get the vert. MOA to display the corrected data when I hit Calculate. Never mind, I went to the FB user group and found the answer. If you wanted to, adding a segment at the end of your video that covered the fact that the corrected data if found under Turret would have helped me. Could be a few more out there like me that never looked/noticed the Turret column at the right of the field. Again thanks for your video.

What was the answer? I am having the same problem. First i did the tall target test. Scope was off 2 moa @ 30 moa's up. Put new info in streylok and shot at 300 yds, it was right on. Shot from 500 and couldnt hit the same 10" plate. New dope for 500 yds was 11.7 moa up. Old dope for 500 yds. was 8.7. Tried a shot at 8.7 again and missed. Dont know what happened.

hey racer88, is this situation similar to what i experienced. i zeroed my scope at 30meters, typed: 76yds as target, then the calculated clicks is 20. but it hits above the target . at the end i dial and it only takes 16 clicks to hit the target.

I'm not sure I understand the question. You can backup and restore your Strelok data file. Go to settings and scroll down. You'll see the option to back up using Dropbox, Google Drive, or your memory card.
