Great info, i was approved immediately after applying and Just uploaded 4 videos. Guess now i have to wait up to 2 months for them to be approved. I'll continue to follow your progress, thanks again.
Hey bud, do yourself a favor. Only upload 3 videos until you are approved for the influencer on-site commissions stage. Otherwise, you run the risk of getting denied, then moved to the back of the waiting list.
@@woodsoncircle Thanks for this advice, i just found the creator hub and see my first 3 videos are still in review. I'll wait another 2 weeks and check again. Looks like Buildapreneur uploaded 6 videos to start and they didnt tell him to start over with just 3 so hopefully i wont have to either. I'll upload again once i find out.
This side hustle strategy is something I am actually going to try out! I always check out those product videos before buying and this seems like something really worth taking the time to experiment with. Literally make videos on products you already own, make commissions, buy more products etc etc. Appreciate the info on this option!
I made an account and 3 videos right when I saw your last video and I've been waiting that entire time for someone to approve my 3 videos for their "best practices."
I've only been watching your videos for 2 days and have already learned a lot. Most people lock their knowledge behind a click funnel to some course or give fluff to carry their videos. Glad I found someone who gives great knowledge and follows through on their own with practice and isn't ONLY trying to make commissions. Well done.
CAN CONFIRM!... I just got approved (finally) for onsite video commissions and made $4 on my first day with only 6 very simple video reviews!.. woot, woot!
I applied for onsite over 6 weeks ago - still haven't heard anything, but crossing my fingers I can get in before the end of the year. As much as I hate the "increased competition" videos like this inevitably bring, I appreciate you sharing your strategy - love the spreadsheet idea!
The increased competition might not be as bad as you think. Literally, millions of products, each with 6 video opportunities and more products (thousands?) being added every single day. I've done retail arbitrage with Amazon, as well as the Associates program, and this one looks the most promising. I got instantly approved for the first step and started to upload lots of vids, anticipating being approved for that coveted "additional onsite placement." But I was told by Amazon after about 3 weeks to remove all my vids and start the approval process for that second step again. I deleted them all and just up'd 3 unboxing vids. So, hopefully, I'll get approved soon (I deleted and re up'd around December 26). Also, I saw that Walmart is about to start up a beta of their own influencer program, as well. I'm assuming Target is around the corner. Spencer, thanks for being so open and honest in your vids. I heard about this program from this vid of yours, and I'm SO anxious about getting approved for the second step and to start uploading (though, having worked with Amazon for so long on other programs, I DO have a slightly different way to research the right products ;). Anyway, thanks again for the introduction to this. It's been a while that I've actually been excited about a new opportunity like this.
I'm so excited to try this! I just got approved for the Amazon influencer program, which was my goal to do before the end of the year! Thanks for the video!
Please stop posting about this program, very few can get accepted as you have to have a following of thousands, you covered this last month, and it doesn't work for any country other than U.S. - It's like 5% of ppl who watch this video can actually use the program you're talking about.
Just because this particular method isn't for you doesn't mean it's not for others. I understand that you are having fatigue seen method after method that you can't take advantage of. Let me ask you this. What country are you from and what do you want to know? Maybe I know something that may help you or maybe I don't.
It's only available in US but if you know how to talk in English you can apply. Also even if you don't have a good amount of followers in any social media, you can build it pretty quickly, especially tiktok. You can pick up a niche and repost viral videos from that niche. I get crazy with something so easy to make money and people still finding objections and obstacles... People are really making 3000 plus very easy with this thing just by posting a video review of a product, most of the time you already have in your home...
I just checked my account, and it's finally fully approved to make the commissions! I started the account November 23rd, so it took 5.5 weeks. (felt like months, lol)
My first 3 videos got approved after a few days. I've now uploaded videos for 11 products and plan to do 4 more tomorrow. After 30 days i'll check to see if i've made anything and report back here with an update. Good luck to everyone thats giving this a try.
@@anthony_trillanes Hey, i havent checked yet. Its on my calendar to check on January 13th and come here to report the results. I kind of want to be surprised also. I ended up getting videos up for 14 products. We'll see how things look in 3 more weeks :-)
30 Day Update: I originally thought my first 3 videos were approved but i found the creator hub page and see where it says their in review, live and learn. Anyhow, Its been 30 days since i uploaded those first few videos so i've got a bit more waiting to do. Looks like people are saying it takes around 45 days so i'll check again in a few weeks and update then :-)
Day 37 Update: Well i finally heard back and i was rejected. Looks like in 1 of the videos they reviewed i mentioned what i paid for the product and thats against their terms. I had to delete All of my videos to try again. This time i just uploaded 3. I'll be back in another 6 weeks with hopefully some good news :-)
I also plan to upload the videos to UA-cam and tag the product with my affiliate link. I still think there are people that search UA-cam for product reviews and I think this could be an additional stream of revenue. Once you generate a regular stream of income, you can purchase additional products to review from that income. I say, turn around and resell those as used on Amazon to recoup some of your cost.
Amazon would take a big chunk of those resells....I would do ebay and sell it for a little less than retail and just make sure to put in, "never used, just opened the box" in the description.
I wanna know more/purchase that awesome phone holder thing you showed in the video but cant find the Affiliate link in the description! Haha, Oh the irony 🤪
how many videos do you do a week on average? i was accepted and uploaded some, but wondering how often i need to upload videos and how many videos? thank you so much!!
Have been accepted into the influencer program, but still waiting to get the video unlock. 9 videos are up and going to continue to build until I do accepted.
This is a great video, but I didn't see the rules you mentioned in the description. Can you please post them? That is a great idea to give us ahead of time so we get approved more easily.
I made an account right after watching this video and it was approved instantly. I live in Canada and used my Instagram which has slightly under 5K followers and I only post to my account once a year.
Do you have a video or can you make a video on how to build up your socials to get approved for the Amazon influencer program? Also if there is link to other people's videos on this that would be cool.
Thank you so much for all of this content!! I’m trying to create passive income for my family so I can afford to homeschool my son in the next year or so. I felt pretty lost until now and appreciate that you make it seem so doable for normal people like me!
Yup this is a good idea when you're in a place that's stable because you'll need to purchase the product because I personally haven't bought from Amazon nor do I have friends or family.
Great video as always! I just submitted my three videos for the Amazon review program two weeks ago and patiently waiting to get accepted (I have been checking twice a day). Once I get accepted, I am planning on uploading hundreds of Amazon review videos. Big tip, you can review items you don't even buy on Amazon. For example, if you bought something from Home Depot, you can create a review video and tag the Amazon item (which is an absolute game changer in my opinion). I'm going to make a review video on my channel once I get accepted and start making money if this can actually work for me too!
Hey, can you make a video on starting an account to get enough followers just to be eligible for this influencer program? I want to try this but don't have a following and want to make a reels account or tiktok just to be eligible to start with Amazon.
Saw your past video on this and have been patiently waiting to be accepted for onsite commissions! Thanks for showing us this opportunity. Hoping for the best!
Cool! Just signed up and got approved instantly with 1700 Facebook friends/4000 followers on my business page lol now I have to upload videos and get approved for monetization
Hi guys. I actually got approved but the problem is that it seems I can’t upload videos from germany. I’m so disappointed. Would have been nice to mention that in the video.
there was initial investment, you just didn't feel it because you usually buy stuff from amazon. being from a third world country, amazon is rarely used and item cost much more when converted.
Thanks for sharing this! Has anyone gotten "stuck" at the first 3 video approval? I've gotten rejected despite following all the rules and making really informative 2min videos on the real product. I don't understand why as I've looked at other videos on Amazon and I feel like mine are generally more informative and the video quality is fine.
I LOVE that there’s a barrier to entry. I wish I had to wait LONGER than six weeks to get approved for on-site commissions. WHY? Because the friction keeps the whiners and instant gratification people OUT. “Oh, I have to wait a few months before I can earn more (passively) than a lawyer that studied for 6 years? No way man…” Competition stays low and the reward stays high. I’m not approved yet for onsite commissions but I’m punching through that wall because I know what’s on the other side.
Don’t forget to mention how long you have to wait to get approved. 5 weeks for me so far. Still reviewing and being patient but it does take forever. Somewhere else I read it could take 3-4 months!! 🤯
Amazing video, I got to know about your channel from another Yt video who was talking about the same stuff. I applied for the AIP and they said I was eligible instantly. However, after creating the store, I am only getting the option to upload pics, not videos. Can you pls help with that?
This a very informative video, but when I applied with an Instagram account with 1,495 followers and around 110 likes and 15 comments per post, it immediately denied me and said I was not eligible. I was really disappointed because I have no other social media accounts that are bigger. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
I got approved yesterday, and have a few videos up…but my videos are all showing down in the related videos section. Is that normal? I applied Mid November. Made $2 in the first 24 hours with only 3 videos up! UPDATE: It has been 4 days since I was approved to earn commission. I added more video's two days ago....I have 8 videos posted and have made $12.94...I can see how this will be amazing the more videos I get up! THANK YOU!!!
@@isabellasneves i used Instagram and I have almost 4k followers. I had to use my photography business for it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have been approved. Hoping that doesn’t bite me later but we will see!
@@typarkin1790 as of today at $190 in sales with about 30 videos. Consistently about $7 a day all mainly with the same 2 products that are very popular. I took a break from videos for about a week and a half but am going to add more this week. I can see the potential this has for sure! Especially with the right product. A lot of my video's were for cheaper products so the commission isn't huge. Hope that helps!
Hello, Does anyone knows how long it takes to get the videos from the Published stage to actually get listed on the Amazon products which were tagged in the beginning of this procedure. Kind regards, Giovanni
You mean the placement on the product page? I was wondering if they decided that my videos are not good enough to be on the product pages because Amazon only published them on my storefront. Do you think they might place my videos(your videos, too) after they publish them on the influencer's storefront? Do I still have hopes?
Thanks for the Vod! But for some reason I cant see the option to post a Video I only can upload an image or to click on Idea List. Do have any advice how to fix that? Thank you again
@Spencer - I love the video. I applied and got accepted with about 5,000 followers. I’ve posted about 8 videos and I have not gotten the second approval yet. How long does it take for the second approval to take effect?

Have you tried this with physical books? I saw books earn a 4.5% commission.
How to apply and where to apply to upload videos?
Got denied with over 500 Instagram followers. Curious to know if anyone with less than 1K has actually been accepted?
I got approved yesterday, and have a few videos up…but my videos are all showing down in the related videos section. Is that normal? I applied Mid November. Made $2 in the first 24 hours with only 3 videos up! UPDATE: It has been 4 days since I was approved to earn commission. I added more video's two days ago....I have 8 videos posted and have made $12.94...I can see how this will be amazing the more videos I get up! THANK YOU!!!
Hey! Which social media did you use? How many followers do you have on it?
@@isabellasneves i used Instagram and I have almost 4k followers. I had to use my photography business for it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have been approved. Hoping that doesn’t bite me later but we will see!
How are your commissions now? How many videos are you up to?
@@typarkin1790 as of today at $190 in sales with about 30 videos. Consistently about $7 a day all mainly with the same 2 products that are very popular. I took a break from videos for about a week and a half but am going to add more this week. I can see the potential this has for sure! Especially with the right product. A lot of my video's were for cheaper products so the commission isn't huge. Hope that helps!
I STARTED THIS ITS GREAT
Applied over a month ago and still waiting for onsite publication. Competition is impressive.... a lot of ppl are doing this now
Oops haa
Hello, Does anyone knows how long it takes to get the videos from the Published stage to actually get listed on the Amazon products which were tagged in the beginning of this procedure.
Kind regards,
Giovanni
still waiting for onsite approval... fingers crossed!
