INGREDIENTS:
4 cups (500g) plain flour
1 tbsp (10g) Yeast
5 tbsp (60g) Sugar
1 1/2 cups (350ml) Milk (warm)
1 tsp (4g) Salt
1/4 cup (40ml) Olive oil
3 tbsp (30g) Butter (Soften at room temperature)
250g Cream cheese (at room temperature)
6-7 tbsp (70g) Sugar
1 tbsp (8g) Vanilla
Raisins
1 Egg yolk
3 tbsp Milk

1 قاشق غذاخوری (10 گرم) خمیر مایه
5 قاشق غذاخوری (60 گرم) شکر
1 1/2 گیلاس (300 میلی لیتر) شیر (گرم)
1 قاشق چای خوری (4 گرم) نمک
1/4 گیلاس (40 میلی لیتر) روغن زیتون
3 قاشق غذاخوری مسکه/ کره (30 گرم) (نرم شده در دمای خانه)
250 گرم پنیر خامه ای (در دمای خانه)
6-7 قاشق غذاخوری (70 گرم) شکر
1 قاشق غذاخوری (8 گرم) وانیل
کشمش
1 عدد زرده تخم مرغ
3 قاشق غذاخوری شیر

6-7 stolovykh lozhek (70 g) sakhara
1 stolovaya lozhka (8 g) vanili

1 yaichnyy zheltok
3 stolovyye lozhki moloka
