Paired the Holograms with Ride Superpig 51 last season. No ratchet or any other part problem in 60+ days. Enough power for that stiff 265mm waist board.
Thanks for all the reviews, Avran.
Love the reviews! Great work.
Thanks Avran again for the stream a thon. Tons of good info and Mullet special guest
The mullet that wouldn't end.
Bro I just met you today! It was sweet meeting you and Baroness, and my wife was “star struck!” Thanks for the content man!

Thanks for supporting a good local shop.
I have these. Older version with a padded ankle strap. Just like he said. I would add that if you are trying to bend your board by moving your knees forward or backwards, together or apart they're not that responsive. Comfortable and solid and as they advertise to be. What I described as a weakness, is not the bindings fault, but if you like lateral responsiveness, you might miss it with these. I'd recommend this for a softer board, personally, rather than trying to hard charge a hard board with a soft or medium binding
nice entrebroneur.....real nice bro..
Ridden these for the last two seasons on my huck knife, I’ve loved them although I would opt for a ridged heal cup outside of the park.
Love to see an up to date on the Fkow nx-2 hybrid AS
What is FKOW? Never heard of it.
@@AngrySnowboarder thik tumbed
Flow....nx2 hybrid
I had a pair and hated them. I wear thraxis as well and I’m 6’3 so maybe that plays into it but my fir aft motion never felt restricted which for straight park fine i guess but getting into a carve it just wasn’t for me
If i already upgraded my boots, but only have leftover money for new bindings or a new board, what should I go for? 160lbs/5'10, intermediate, mostly riding jumps, on a libtech gateway 2017 with K2 Hurrithanes. Also, what bindings would you reccomend?
If your bindings are solid board, if the boards solid bindings.
I have this binding and after a season on them, I think the only thing I don't like is the adjustment for the high backs. Any comparable bindings that have quicker and more controled methods for adjusting the highbacks
Rome Katana? Similar in terms of response and better adjustability.
@@Shavkat_Yusuff I will have to demo a pair.
Have you tried any Evol boards? If so, what are your thoughts?
No
@@AngrySnowboarder Ah, okay. I think I'll go with a Nitro board, as it's currently at around the same price as a Evol, and your review of them seemed to put a good light on them. Thanks for the quick reply.
I got a size 10.5 DC boots, what size binding for this???
Probably a large.
Hmmmm, maybe a good bindung for my Jones Mind Expander?
I am looking for a "surfy" binding. :)
What do you think?
Thx in advance
M
I'v got Union Strata on my ME. Best powder board I've ridden!
@@Shavkat_Yusuff hmmmm, thx. I have also the Union Contact Pro on my list. 🧐
@@EmPi46 I have Contact Pros, they are so light and are awesome, for me anyway..
Yeah they are a definite good choice for a ME. Contact Pro's have 0 dampening underfoot so prepare yourself for pain if you ride anything remotely firm. Stratas would be the better choice from Union.
@@AngrySnowboarder ok thx a lot
BTW are there differences between the 2021 and 2022 Salomon hologram models"?
Best bindings ever for me (key words here). Love that added lateral play while keeping toe2heel power. The forward lean adjutment is annoying but it comes with the territory of having a flexible heelcup. Wouldn't ride anything else myself.
I think they're a great binding for those that want lateral play. For me definitely not, I need that drive.
@@AngrySnowboarder Indeed, thraxises and black labels, you don't go for flexibility with your daily drivers... small hill and lots of park/freestyle for me so I love that freedom of movement.
Own a pear and they forget to put the disks in the box lol
Bought these. Used them first day. Then bought unions lol. Why when feet move, board dont move 🤨 no thx
