For less noisy expeirence from this bike you need to take off it's stand :) and put rubber in frame as i have done it will minimize noise 50% :D
For bottom bracket solution: yesko stock ma 12mm ayeko theo in my case .. ..
i would like you to expand atleast for 18mm+ ko sealed bottom bracket.. as 12 mm stock ma aunay vara it's kind of exposed to dirt and water very frequent and it melts grease inside and destory the bearing very fast.. !! So i have replaced mine with new BB as 18mm you can also check my basic servicing video that i have done there i have change the bottom bracket cause 12mm was not supposed to be fitted on my frame !! :)
