Someone had a vision and it has paid off to think outside the square, they are beautiful apartments built within a small city with their own facilities and tight security. People living there have worked hard to get there, wishing them well. Cheers!

Houses in South Africa are better quality, larger and cheaper than in East Africa.

Titles like these make you look foolish and backwards. I know that sometimes thumbnails sell videos but come on? This is just a community for anyone that have a decent job and can pay the mortgage or rent to live there. The super rich do not live there. You will faint if you see how the super rich live.
The units on top are multi million dollar units so I'm not sure what you mean. You definitely need to be established to live there.
