    Those old tools were made to last and after your work, the set will serve another couple of generations. Really nice final outcome.

    Great old set! Turned out really, really nice. I need to learn how to do those graphics. Take care 😃👍🏼

    Thank goodness I saw this because I have one of these in my possession and have been wondering how to go about restoring it. I think the old U.S. made tools are the best.

    Thats a fantastic job on the entire set. You don't see a lot of restorers doing the box but I thank it a good thing. I need to find out more of how to get the logos. good job.

    That is a nice set to score. Rare to find complete.
    Have some like it. But not that old. Have had to do it a little at a time as none of them were a complete set, and had to spend some time finding all the parts.
    Well done. Thank you for sharing.

    Night an day transformation sir! Fantastic work. These old ratchets are really neat and the sticker you had made was a really nice finishing touch.👍

    That is such a wonderful restoration on that New Britan rachet set. Do you know if New Britian made 3/8" and 1/2" versions of that 1/4" ratchet?

    • @RestorationbyAlabamaCreeks
      @RestorationbyAlabamaCreeks  2 роки тому +1

      I found a copy of an old sales catalog that listed the 1/4” set. I think there was a 3/8” but not sure about the 1/2”.

    Vector Graphics? Sounds complicated, a simpleton like me is lucky if I can figure out how to use a crayon.

    • @RestorationbyAlabamaCreeks
      @RestorationbyAlabamaCreeks  3 роки тому +2

      Hahaha. Graphics been my thing since before computers (about 1980). It was a difficult transition from old school graphic design, expensive too. Basically, Photoshop = bitmap(or pixels). And Illustrator (the software) = vector. And that all I have to say about that.
      Thanks for supporting and watching my channel.
