Welcome to Yeonghee's rural garden, where you can enjoy Korean countryside life.
Even in the heat of August,
we were busy harvesting fruits and vegetables in the country garden.
We also harvested red apples, watermelons, yellow melons, and cherry tomatoes.
I made kimchi using perilla leaves that have been cut off from the leaf trimming.
I stir-fried freshly harvested eggplants, made a seasoned perilla leaf shoots , and made steamed eggs for our delicious dinner.

시골살이를 즐기는 영희의 시골정원에 오신 것을 환영합니다.
8월의 무더위에도 시골텃밭에서는
과일과 채소들을 수확하느라 바쁘게 지내고 있어요.
빨갛게 익어가는 홍로 사과와 수박, 참외, 방울토마토도 수확했어요.
들깨 순치기를 하고 나온 깻잎으로 깻잎김치를 담그고,
깻잎순은 나물로 무쳤어요.
가지도 따서 볶아주고, 계란찜도 해서 저녁으로 맛있게 먹었어요.
영희의 시골정원에서의 농촌일상을 보시고 잠시 힐링하는 시간이 되었으면 합니다.
