I hope getting that heroin was worth the infection cuz if it hit ur main character's lag you can no longer dash. Even without arms you may still be able to use spells like hurting.
Actually, it makes sense to kill to get some real H in just about any scenario. You're lucky to just have to kill one weirdo to get the real stuff given how omnipresent that synthetic trash is. Granted, availability does depend on region. I had a bad day recently and just went looking around for random substances people had dropped and I found a fake sub, which I didn't even know was a thing. Ended up throwing it away sadly since given what it was a knockoff of, it probably would've had enough fent to kill me several times over with my current lack of tolerance. Probably for the best, but still.
There's a funny thing, if Needles beat's you when you addicted to something, it heals that addiction. Though, this shall be done in solo, since all other characters will die, if you are in a group.

Would be insanely brutal if he did a Terrifier kill on the player if you go down. I noticed Termina has way less brutal nasty unique deaths to various mobs. Edit: I'm so dumb haha, he does have unique kills

I tried to get needles before with a bear trap in the first tunnels where you can recruit Abella He stepped into the trap and didn't move from there and just stared at me stuck in the trap. The bear trap doesn't work on removing his legs
@@MautheDoog i just disvovered that the true Hero is Tanaka If you find needles in the tunnels when he is killing Tanaka, he will be low HP in the head, so Tanaka beat his ass but we come in and distract him
basically yeah, cutting off both legs will allow for an easier headshot, which is usually an insta kill. the guy in this short is a sort of miniboss tho, and its better to bet on an immediate headshot
He IS addicted to heroin throughout the game, due to his time as a child soldier before the events of the game take place. While you can choose an option in his backstory that doesn't leave him with a heroin addiction, his NPC form will have the addiction. Plus the way you recruit him is by giving him heroin so memes about him needing or asking others for heroin are pretty well founded in game. If you meant who started making the memes, I have no clue.
