Great tutorial ... thank you!🤩
Glad it was helpful! Thank YOU for Watchin!! ✌️🤪
I’ve done coolant flushes on my car so I understand the basic concept but I appreciate your video talking it step by step. I could not find that drain bolt for the life of me. It was driving me nuts
Hell yeah bro! Great success!!!
I appreciate your feedback!
Awesome video love you're channel very helpful
As always very detailed video thanks brother 🤙
Good video. Very thorough. Appreciate the fact that you leave links for all items used.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for your support!
@@Thevalleygarage definitely! I didn't notice a link for the lift you were using. A lift is on the top of my list for next purchase
@@scraphaulin oops thought I had it good catch it will be up in a few
Excellent demonstration. You made it fairly simple for me which I'm certainly no mechanic. Thank you.
Ohh perfect!! That was my goal I try to do that in all my videos!! ✌️😎
Great video. I have a 2012 Honda Sabre 1300 which is same engine configuration. This video helped. I thought I’d have to take gas tank off to get to the radiator cap but thanks to you …nope. Love the burps in there too!
😂 😝 I get a kick out of it myself started as an accident that it’s part of the show!!!! I even put it in the Channel description about page 🤘🤪
Good job on the videos brother
Much appreciated!!! 🤘😎
Thanks for all the details bro I really dig the video. I watched it once before but I wanted to get all the details this time great job bro have a great day
Thank You. I’m real proud of this one!
Goddamn bro, I wasn't aware of your videos. Wicked wicked wicked! Thanks for the slow tutorial and explanations, this is saving me a bunch of cash! If I'm ever able to go down to close where you are I'm taking you out to a diner for some grub!
You’re more than welcome!!! I appreciate the support! Im always looking for Subs!! Thank You 🤘😝 if I could help anyone the videos is a success!!!
The best step by step channel hands down!!!
Question: what was the mileage when you did this service?
My current miles is just over 11k on the Fury now. It’s good to do every 2-3 years or so ideally but it’s not too detrimental
where were you 3 weeks ago, Stevie. I had to figure this out on my own!!!!
and I did it without a bike lift. WHAT A PAIN IN THE AZZ!!! get a lift fellas. much easier.
My bad bro!! It took a while to edit this one together!
@@Thevalleygarage your Honda coolant flush video from 1 year ago helped me alot.👍👍👍🏍🏍🏍
@@Vato-Psyko-Loko Awesome!! If I can help at least 1 person each video I’d call that a success!!!! Keep Rippin’ 🤘😎
Big help brother. Thanks.
I love your videos. Can I ask where you got that exhaust? Was it expensive?
I appreciate it thank you for watching! My shorty black pipes were custom made at Smokin’ Tyre Garage, and my silver long shots are Cobra speedster Straights… both are about $500 ✌️😁
stupid question, but can you use syringe or turkey baster to suck to the coolant out of the coolant bottle and use your flushing method to get the rest out (continuing to use syringe to get the flushed coolant out). Therefore, saving the unscrewing of the bolt.
You definitely wanna run the bike and use the drain bolt.. really the best way. I mean you can try an syringe but you may end up going slower
Hey, man! Thank you for the great and helpful video! I have a question. You said "1.8 L of coolant for the system" and I got about same result today durind coolant change on my Honda Fury, but the manual says "cooling system filling capacity is 2.54 L". Do you know why is the difference here? I will appreciate your answer!
That is very interesting because I have always only been able to put in 1.8L every time I flushed. I know the expansion tank is .24L at the fill mark.. I looked up total capacity in my shop manual and it says the same unless they regard the total capacity from dry weight no fluid. Not all the coolant can be completely drained from the system such as the lower portion for the radiator. I could see where full temp expansion and the rest of the overflow tank filled to the cap is where additional volume can be made up too 2.54L.
@@Thevalleygarage I got it. Thank you for your time and attention!
@@MrCrushorange Anytime! Thank you for watching!!
I’m trying to drain mine but I still have a bunch of coolant sitting at the neck of the reservoir that’s not going anywhere any tips?
The neck of the reservoir? Are you referring to the lower bottom expansion tank because there’s no way to drain that. It’s. Easier to unbolt the mini tank and washout
I have a 2010 not that same
Any suggestions on drain plug location?
It should be there. Double check for a bolt that has some green paint mark because the bike has not changed since debut I have the shop manual for 2010-2019
Is it a bolt on a housing attached to the lower block? Like thermostat or water pump right in front of the oil rain plug? No green paint to be found. I went over that thing 10x super bright light and inspection mirror too
@Thevalleygarage
@@davidvaught586 So the drain bolt is an 8mm or 10mm bolt that is on the water impeller cover its self. Correct, lower left side right behind where the kickstand mounts to on the frame. The drain bolt will have a copper crush washer to help you indicate. It is hard to find I had trouble myself. Fortunately I have bike jack. It will be hard for my big head to see lower under the bike without one.
