Love the way you’re breaking the workshop build down. Not only do I learn a lot, the fact that you show your mistakes makes me better understand the process of getting it right in the end.
Marty - You can run those LED strip lights directly off the 12 volt DC from the batteries. That will be easier and far more efficient than running them from the 115 volts from the inverter. Lots of loss in the inverter. When I had my business, we used them in the service vans and ran them from 12 volts. Works perfect!
Thanks I needed a Zoffinger uplift. The LED setup is awesome! Such an industrious UA-cam Creator & considering all of the back scenes time involved, Mr. Marty pulls very long days and nights I am sure! Though I find bud lite to be a little sugary :).
Marty, you can put those toy led lights on one of the kayak. That way people know whose kayak that is coming down the water. The kayak would look pretty awesome at night with the led.
I think it's gonna work out great a couple of years ago I put some of those really cheap eBay LED's under the kitchen cabinets and it transformed my kitchen it really made the counter space a lot more usable
I think the way you are building out your workshop to be a place you can work day and night, a set of 4 Eufy/Wyze cameras, 1 for each side of the trailer as well as a Camera for the awning of your living trailer would be extremely wise to add.
Create a bed in there like a cot you can fold up to the wall. You never know if you're pulling your trailer somewhere for a customer project and need a place to sleep or rest.
So do you have to invert to 110v to get those transformers to convert to 12v DC to power the robust light system? Is that going to draw more from your battery bank to invert?
Nice one Marty! Good progress. Love those LED light strips - I've got some powered by Solar here in the garden, but not seen those aluminium channels & diffusers for them over here. Stay safe & well. 👍👍
Why waste money on dc inverters for the lights when they are 12v anyway ? Run direct from batteries , also your lights you want to run for daytime work can be run directly from a single solar panel so no need to run it through the battery even .

That led setup is awesome. Gives a step by step guide on getting them installed. Also, a parts list. 👍🏼

The shop is looking so awesome now!

The best part of being excited 😜 is you’re doing yourself! So you get to do things your way! Great job Marty! 👏
Looking good, the place is really coming together. John

Chipping away - Andy Dufresne (pronounced “do” “fray”) you’ll get it!
Could you move your solar panels to another trailer in full sun and cable over to your work trailer?

One day at a time
Hey Marty, Remember when you used to fish? Yeah, me too...good times.
I just wonder how much further you actually are. You are probably near finished with this project by now. I know, patience Grasshoppa!

Something satisfying about the sound of the multi-tool sped up lol.
