Вставка
- Опубліковано 29 чер 2024
- I have been using the AR 45 gas powered softwash system for nearly 2 years. In this video, I will give a honest and transparent detailed assessment of this softwashing system. I will also talk about common failures, people experience with a pump as well as standard operating procedures to ensure a reliable wash system. Im Kyle Maguire and I am the owner of United Softwash LLC located in Garner, North Carolina.

This is definitely opening my eyes because I am in my second year have been using the shitty 12 volt pumps which have nothing but issues and obviously lack of height
Thanks for the EXCELLENT feedback!
Great video. I have one set up from Midwest and they went over all of these things, which I have followed every time and have never had one issue with the machine, and used it all last summer and already this season a few times.
Love the content, always informative without the bs.
Thank you thats exactly what I’m saying, dont change for others. BE YOURSELF !!!
Should be getting mine any day now and this definitely makes me feel pretty good about my choice. Thanks brotha!
No problem bro!
Ace is a great company! Keep it up Kyle!
Bro I definitely enjoy watching your content. Actually I get upset when I don't see new videos of ur content 🤙
You’re a real one Michael! I’m going to keep the content coming !
We have a p36 comet and has been amazing
I cant find the video you made "8 reasons why company will fail". I had it saved in my playlist. Listen to all your videos when im working my primary job 😎
Love the energy!
Thank you
Great review!! Very informative!
Glad it was helpful!
Love the ending. Gotta keep it real and be you. I always say I'm the nicest a$$hole you'll ever meet. Straight forward and would tell you stuff you don't want to hear but need to hear
Enjoy your vids and passion. Would really like to see an in-depth vid on the setup of surface cleaner ie, tip wear, bar/swivel height, grease, pressure you run and what intervals on maintenance. (maybe in SWTV sub.)
FWIW, my GP-20” w/ casters - 8gpm never left lines before but it’s starting to show faintly… need to adjust and/or replace tips maybe?! 13:25 yep, I post-treat; only lil hotter now.
Thanks and have a great day! 🙏✌️
Awesome brother. Great review.
Thanks bro
Stay passionate, brother. You hype us up! Started my business with my son 14 months ago, heading into season 2 strong. He's heading off to college in a few months to get a degree in business. I think he's got a leg up on his classmates.
That’s awesome! Good luck to you guys!
@@softwashtv6315 Hello, I just put this post here so you would see it. Love your set ups. I want to set up a honda 4 gpm, with the red gun and have so many questions. Here is something i found out that may help you. You were talking about how you hold the gun on when you start or stop your engine, if you instead of having a cooling loop, you run the one end into your water tank as a return, you not only keep the pump cool for long periods of time but you also do not run the risk of damage from over pressuring it on start ups and shut downs, its like a build in cooling and pressure relief system.
Hey Kyle, love the content and subscription! Even when starting it in bypass... keep it on the trigger? Thanks!
Great vid getting mine this week. Can you leave a link for your tank lights?
How about adding a ball valve on pump output that recirculates to tank, so you can open the valve while starting or shutting down.
Hi Kyle great content and transparency do you know of a company that sell the ar45 softwash system on a skid, I mean with water and chemical tanks and everything connected.
Lots of users never read the manual...then wondering why thing go bust.
My D50 IS 6 YEARS OLD I CHANGED THE DIAPHRAGMS EVERY 2 YEARS MFG SAID EVERY YEAR OR X HOURS....IT NEVER LEAKED OR FAILED.
IM RUNNING IT AT 60 PRECENT CAPACITY
A farmers are using them everyday for years
They cant be sub par.
My grandfather was running fertilizer and bunch of other stuff and never once it failed.
Every year at winter we will rebuild them (just diaphragms)
Btw ur language is spot on...no issues
Solid information and great delivery
Well said brother. And thanks for the support!
Is it possible to create a bypass to a buffer tank which would allow longer time off the gun?
Question Kyle: How did you get the check valve on the bypass and the outlet valve still on it? I'm am putting the check valve on the bypass port but the outlet valve underneath is bumping into it. How to get around this? It appears you have yours still there. Thank you!
When is your products going to be back up on your website
Love the safety mask
When you say use minimum of 25' bypass loop hose, you mean when it's not connected back to water tank? Correct?
I have an AR 45 on the way! How long can you stay off the trigger without damaging anything?
I hear u I eat sleep and drink washing this is my first year and my plan is to have your truck set up I love it and say it like it is nothing wrong with the f word it goes with everything lol
Lol thanks bro
Thanks for the info. I’ve been wanting to try a gas pump but I hear everyone dogging them.
A lot of people are. But they are solid if you know what your doing
Recently hooked up my ar45, manifold leaked right off the bat.. tightened the bolts down and ready to retest tomorrow. Fingers crossed. If it still leaks ill take the manifold apart and put it back together. If that doesnt work then the place I got it from will be getting a call.
Same thing happened to me first time tighten all the bolts around manifolds and no leaks so far
@jasontenney2786 wish they would test everything before they sell it.
I'm sure you've answered this before, but what is the brand/model of the red gun you use? Thanks in advance!
What down stream injector do you use i have had a ton of issues with my check valve and normal ball valve down stream injector
where is the other end of that 25 ft bypass hose going to?
Kind of proportioner do you use? I am thinking about going from a 12-volt piece of junk pump to a gas pump
Felt Like I Got A New Ferrari When I First Got Mine.. It’s Been Super Reliable So Far But Now I’m Ready To Switch To The X6 Or The 24V Strictly For Convenience 😂
Lol! It was a good feeling for sure! I feel you on that
What hose sizes are you using? I am considering the investment, since I am owner operator and can control how it is operated. I am also considering the Southeast Softwash “Sweet 16”
Need to get that Mo Flo from Leon so we can see how good it is.
It looks killer!
I’ll never understand why some equipment builders just bash the ever living shit out of them.
My business would not have grown as big as it has with out that piece of equipment. Can literally do a 1800 sqf house in 20 min, soaped and rinsed with a remote system.
did you get that at ice in wilmington . im in jacksonville nc and i need one
No I didn’t ordered it from some place in Chicago . Ice does sell them tho
My dude
where can i signup for the classees?
Been looking at these. Saw a guy with one the other day when I was picking up some SH and asked him how he liked it. He just shook his head and said it was down.....again. Makes me nervous about getting one.
You just have to take care of them. But if you don’t absolutely need it just save the money and go 12v bro
@softwashtv6315 I am thinking of starting up with a trailer. People are doing videos saying not to run the chem through the pump as it wears it out fast. Is there an easy way to not run the chem through the pump, while using the red gun, i am willing to by a remote, do i need a 12 volt pump to inject the chem into the system, or how does that work. Where would i have the injection point after the pump????????? Please help if you can. Thank you.
All Softwash pumps run Chem through the pump. When you hear people say don’t run chem through the pump they are talking about pressure washer pumps. When using a pressure washer pump you inject chemical downstream of the pump with a downstream injector.
Whatz Up Kyle. How big is your shop? I looking to purchase one.
30x40
Just here to say first comment❗️😂🙏🏽
💯!!
Check out Powerful Improvements he runs the X6 pump. His content is great. JOE DERRY & KYLE MAGUIRE my guys y'all KILLIN IT!!!The best on UA-cam
Stolen dodge at the car meet lol 😂😂
Cheers 🥂
Cheers kodesh !
Are you going through more bleach with the ar vs the 12v on your stander roof cleaning ? 🧼💴
Do you do mentorship Sir?
I've been looking into the field but slightly straying away. Contact me please
Hey Kyle, I left my AR45 running for more than 30 minutes today. I didn't hear it because of the 8 gpm running and I totally forgot. I will soon see how the seals are doing. Oops!
Lol. It happens bro 😂
