Making a quick and lazy (also expensive) citrus 5-1-1 fast draining mix

There are cheaper ways to do this mix, but it would require me to drive all around the state to source the ingredients.
This is the most expensive but easiest accesible version of the recipe which does not require driving to different stores or screening/ breaking down bark nuggets.
