I just realized I haven't received my Birthday gift. Looks like I'd get it after the next purchase but it shouldn't be that way. I should be able to just get it near by birthday. Uggh.
I get you. I have been a platinum member for over a year. I never received my Gold gift nor did I get the Christmas gift. It took 3 emails to finally get a response and I had to place ANOTHER order to get the Platinum gift I should have already received. No indication if I will ever receive my gold gift, as the replies always say they are out. Yet...I see people online getting the gift all the time. I am sure I will never receive the Christmas gift. I know that I am small change to a giant company like Dior, but I spend and average of 200-400 every few months. It is the same with the GWP sometimes they just run out even though they are still advertising for it on the web page. They do give AMAZING free gifts when they have them, which I really do appreciate. I just wish I would get the gifts I bought enough to qualify for I still love their products and will continue to purchase, it is just disappointing to have to make another order to receive your reward or to be told they are out of something when I see people get them online all the time. The Christmas gift was the mini advent calendar. and I really wanted that!! Happy Birthday by the way!!
@@ambernewton8798 🙏 Thanks Amber. Exactly. Don't get me wrong I'm sure most of us were purchasing their items before we registered for the Loyalty program but it's unfair. And with the Loyalty program you feel pressured to spend almost $1000 just to get mini sizes of the perfume. Right now I see I have until the 19th of this month to make another purchase in order to reach Gold and get my gift. 😩 Right now I'm contemplating spending another $200 just to get a sample size. I think whoever is in charge should reconsider the Tier gifts because anybody can walk into another shop and get a sample size perfume for free Have a good week!

@ambernewton8798 I heard from the DIOR customer service that they can now send our delayed Holiday gift - I called today May 3rd, and asked holiday gift update from 2022 - Mariah CS said they can now send it, and so they verify my address and number. They will send me shipping confirmation once shipped. Yey! Call customer service tomorrow my loves!!!
@ambernewton8798 @adelicaterose on the DIOR welcome gifts / Birthday gifts, it will only be available within 30days period - when I claim mine they have a deadline now for it be claimed. 😄
Now, once we reach silver/ gold/ platinum status or our Birthday then we can check out our complimentary welcome gift and have it shipped without buying anything - I noticed that I don't have to order once we added any beauty product, then remove the product from the cart . It's a trick I did recently since I want to figure out how to get it on the spot after reaching a certain Tier. Hope this is helpful loves ❤️
